Buying questions
How do I buy and pay?
Try it free for seven days. To buy, message us on WhatsApp, Telegram or e-mail (the «About and contact» page); we send the payment details and, once paid, you receive the licence key for your computer.
What is the refund policy?
Within 7 days of buying, if you are not satisfied we refund you and the licence is cancelled; if an on-site setup was done, 300 AED for the setup is deducted. Details in the Terms of use.
What setup and support does each plan include?
Yearly: free on-site setup in Dubai (up to 3 hours: business information, flows, forms and the WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram connections). Six months: online setup up to 90 minutes. Three months: one 30-minute call. One month: the guide and message support. Details and limits on the «Setup and support» page.
What happens when a licence ends?
Messages keep arriving and are kept; nothing is deleted. Only sending pauses until you renew.
Are there other costs?
We charge nothing per message. Meta bills WhatsApp template messages sent outside the 24-hour window at its own rates, and a cloud AI model is optional.
Can I move a licence to another computer?
Yes, on every plan. Send the new computer's code; a new key is issued and the old computer only receives messages three days later.
How long do I have to renew after the term ends?
1 and 3 months: 3 days; 6 months and 1 year: 7 days, with everything working. A renewal starts at the end of the previous term, so no day is lost.
