Appointment booking

Appointments booked in the chat

The customer taps «Book», picks a service and chooses one of the open times shown as buttons; the booking is saved without your team. Works on Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram.

  • 3 to 9 open times offered per message (default 6)
  • Words like «نوبت», «حجز» or «book» open it
  • Telegram commands /book and /mybookings
  • The «Book» menu button can be switched off
  • Offered times are spread across the day, not only the first morning hours

Customer page to manage a booking

Every booking has a private link: the details, add to the phone calendar, change the time and cancel, all within your policy and without a login.

  • The page explains late-cancellation consequences before the customer cancels
  • Changes on the page are confirmed in the chat

Understands typed days and times

The customer can type «10:30», «tomorrow» or «Saturday evening»; the open times closest to the wish are offered first.

  • Persian, Arabic and English words and digits
  • Parts of the day: morning, noon, afternoon, evening
  • Same day first, then the next open days

Another day and a calendar page

«Another day» shows the days that still have open times and sends a link to a page with a month calendar where the customer picks the day and time.

  • Mobile-first page in Persian, Arabic and English
  • No login: a private link per offer

«My bookings» in the chat

The customer sees their upcoming bookings in the chat and moves or cancels one with a button.

  • Shown in the menu only to people who have a booking coming

No double bookings

Every time is checked again before it is saved; if two people tap the same time at once only one gets it and the other is offered another time.

Bookings made by the team

Staff see each day's open times in the panel and book for a customer; after a confirmation they can also book outside working hours.

  • Double-click an empty spot in the calendar for a new booking
  • Optional message to the customer

Day and week calendar by staff

Each staff member's or room's bookings show in a day and week view; dragging a booking moves it and the customer is told.

  • Holds, unpaid deposits and closed hours are marked
  • Holidays shown on the day header

Bookings list with search

Every booking with filters for status, staff and date and search by reference, name or phone; confirm, cancel, no-show, late and notes from the same place.

  • Statuses: held, awaiting deposit, confirmed, done, no-show, cancelled, rescheduled
  • Each booking keeps its history of moves
  • Copy the customer's booking link
  • Where each booking came from: chat, flow, panel or booking page
  • Show or hide test conversations

Add the booking to a phone calendar

The booking page offers a standard calendar file that opens in phone and computer calendars, with an alert two hours before.

  • Standard calendar file (.ics)
  • Alert 2 hours before the start

Several services in one visit

When a customer asks for several services together, the durations add up and the visit goes to staff who do all of them.

  • Prices and deposits add up; the longest preparation time applies

Bookings on the customer record

Each customer's record has a bookings tab with past and coming bookings and their waitlist place; the panel's search also finds bookings.

Booking numbers at a glance

Today's bookings, those waiting for confirmation or a deposit, upcoming ones, the no-show rate of the last 30 days and how full today's working hours are.

  • Test conversations are left out of the numbers

Booking steps in your automations

  • Week starts on Saturday in Iran, Sunday in the Gulf, else Monday

Services recognised from the customer's words

Other names customers use are added to a service so a form answer or a message lands on that service automatically.

  • Up to 40 other names per service

Fair share between staff

When any staff member can do the service, the booking goes to the least busy one that day; showing the staff name to customers is your choice.

Full-day and multi-day services

A service of a day or more is booked by whole days and only takes consecutive working days.

  • While a receipt is being reviewed the time stays held
  • A rejected receipt gives the customer more time to pay

Credit rollover

Unused credits are dropped, carried over up to a limit you set, or carried over in full.

Use with no credits left

When credits run out, use is just recorded, recorded and flagged to the team, or allowed to go negative.

Trial period

A plan can include trial days with trial credits; at the end it expires unless renewed.

Family and corporate seats

Other people are added to one subscription up to the plan's number of seats.

Cancel at the end of the period

The customer or the team stops the renewal; the subscription runs to the end of the period or ends right away.

Container deposits

Containers handed over and taken back and the deposit money are recorded; the deposit is refunded when they come back and the team gets a task to collect them.

Low-credit alert

When credits reach the number you set, the customer gets a message.

  • Default: at 2 credits left

Membership numbers

Active members, renewals in the next 7 days, subscriptions in grace, today's deliveries, frozen ones and those low on credits.

Membership steps in your automations

In the flow builder start, renew or freeze a subscription, deduct a session, skip a delivery and branch on credits left or status.

  • Actions: start, renew, deduct a session, freeze, skip, weekly check-in, send program, show my plan
  • Conditions: credits left, status, days left, plan, containers held

Team tasks when something needs a person

A task is created for the team when a customer stops the renewal, a plan has no price yet, use is recorded without credits, containers need collecting or a container deposit needs refunding.

Fitness coaching

Exercise library

Each exercise with muscles, equipment, level, how-to, cues, common mistakes and a video from the media library or a YouTube or Aparat link.

  • 45 starter exercises
  • 5 categories: strength, cardio, mobility, stretch, core
  • 3 levels

Training and nutrition programs

Reusable templates and a copy for each client: days with sets, reps, rest, intensity and notes, warm-up, cardio, calories and macros; today's workout is the day after the last logged one.

  • A missed day never skips a session
  • Duplicate a template, assign it to a client with a start date, archive old ones
  • Each save keeps a version number

Today's workout in the chat

The client gets today's workout, the PDF and exercise videos in the chat, and typing «squat video» shows that exercise's how-to.

Weekly check-ins

On a set day the client sends weight, waist, energy, sleep, adherence, stress, a note and progress photos; the coach replies from a review queue and the feedback arrives in the chat or with the client's next message.

  • Scores 1 to 5
  • Reminder only inside the 24-hour window

Measurements and before-after photos

Charts of weight and body measurements over time and before-after photo comparison.

  • 8 measures: weight, waist, abdomen, hip, chest, arm, thigh, body fat

Client portal

One private link with today's workout and videos, set logging, all programs and PDFs, charts and the weekly check-in form.

  • Quick weight entry
  • No login
  • Log sets, effort (RPE) and a note for each workout

Program advisor

Six button questions on goal, level, place, sessions, nutrition and injuries, then a recommendation from your price list.

An AI assistant that knows coaching

For fitness businesses the AI assistant saves the client's goal, injury, gender, age, height and weight, and opens the program advisor, the calorie calculator, the measurement guide, today's workout, the weekly check-in or an exercise how-to instead of a generic answer.

  • It gives no medical or medication advice or supplement doses and promises no results
  • Words like «coach» hand the chat to a person

Program as a PDF

The full program becomes a printable page and a PDF with correct right-to-left text, sent in the chat or on the portal.

  • Made with the Edge or Chrome already on the PC

Calorie and BMI calculator

In the chat it works out base calories, daily calories by activity level and BMI, and states the limits of the estimate.

  • Mifflin–St Jeor formula
  • 5 activity levels

Body measurement guide

A step-by-step guide to measuring each body part in the chat; your own guide or the built-in one.

Fitness assessment form

An intake form with goal, history, measurements and photos from four angles; its measurements go straight into the client's charts.

  • Photo angles: front, right, left, back

Weight and height saved from messages

Weight, height, age and gender a client writes in a message are saved to their profile.

  • Persian, Arabic and English digits

Coaching tools only where they fit

Coaching tools turn on automatically for gyms, online trainers, nutritionists, yoga and martial arts, and stay off for other trades; you can switch them yourself.
