The yearly on-site setup includes
- Installing the app and checking the computer
- Entering your business information: hours, address and up to 50 products or services with prices (bigger lists from your Excel file)
- Installing your trade's pack, plus up to 3 custom flows and 2 custom forms
- Connecting WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram
- Showing you the panel, about 30 minutes
The six-month online setup includes
- Installing the app and checking the computer, by screen share
- Connecting WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram
- Installing your trade's pack and answering your technical questions
Good to know
- Connecting WhatsApp and Instagram depends on Meta's approval: a Meta business account and a dedicated number are needed, and approval can take a few days. If it is not finished in the session, a follow-up online session is free.
- On-site setup is free in Dubai. In the other emirates it is online, or on site with a travel fee (Abu Dhabi, for example, 200 AED). Outside the UAE it is always online.
- Support hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 UAE time. If the app stops and messages are not being sent, every plan gets priority.
- The 7-day refund stands; if an on-site setup was done, 300 AED for the setup is deducted.
- Upgrading to the yearly plan includes the on-site setup. Online setup for the 1- and 3-month plans is 200 AED, deducted if you later upgrade to the yearly plan.
