Questions that check the answer
The flow asks, checks the answer by its type, re-asks with your own message if it is wrong, and saves it to the customer's profile or a flow variable. If the answer is already known, it does not ask.
- Re-ask count and message are yours (default 2 times)
- Optional questions get a «skip» button
- Paths: next, invalid answer, no reply (default 23 hours)
- Rules: min, max, length, pattern, no past dates
A path per answer
In choice, yes/no, consent and 1-to-5 rating questions, each answer can take its own path.
Multiple choice without message spam
On Telegram one message updates its ticks in place; on Instagram and WhatsApp the customer types the numbers or ticks everything on one small page. At the end, one summary line.
- Typed answers like «1, 3» in any digits or the option names
- Minimum, maximum, an exclusive «none» and «other: ...»
- The page link works only while that question waits
- The one-page picker works even in basic browsers and shows nothing personal
Customers never get stuck
If the customer asks something else in the middle of a question, or types an automation's word, that is answered and the flow does not insist.
- A question is answered from your answer bank before any flow starts on it
AI understands free answers
When you switch it on, answers like «tomorrow evening» or «the red one» become the right value and are checked again by the question's rules; it never invents an option.
- Off by default; you switch it on
Conditions and branches
Change the path by what you know about the customer: field, tag, stage, payment, order or booking status, message intent, time, channel and language; with and, or, not.
- Up to 12 branches, checked top to bottom, plus «otherwise»
- An optional «unknown» path when a module has no data, e.g. «the team will check»
- Comparisons: equals, greater or less, between, contains, starts with, one of, empty, has, in the past or future, within the next or last
- Also: business hours open or closed, business country, message text, flow variable, new customer, opted out, number of tags
A/B split
Split customers at random with your own weights between several paths to see which wording works better; each person always gets the same path.
- 2 to 12 paths
- Weights in percent; warning if they do not add up to 100
Business-hours branch
One path for business hours and one for outside them, based on your settings.
Jump to another flow and back
Start another flow with variables, even from a step in the middle; if you want, it comes back here when it ends. Reuse small flows like building blocks.
Timed delays
Wait from seconds to days, then continue; you can make it continue only in business hours. If the 24-hour window has closed, it takes a separate path.
- Durations like 30 seconds, 10 minutes, 2 hours or 1 day
Wait for a reply
The flow waits until the customer writes anything and saves the message; with no reply in time, it takes another path.
Wait for a payment or a form
The flow waits until something happens, such as a confirmed payment or a submitted form, then continues; with a timeout path.
- Same 6 events as event starts; default timeout 2 days
Automatic follow-ups
If the customer does not reply, follow-up messages go out in order at your chosen intervals and stop at the first reply.
- Up to 6 follow-ups
- All within 23 hours on Instagram and WhatsApp (checked)
- Paths: replied, follow-ups done
Ready question steps
Common questions are added with one click and save the answer to the right field.
- Name, phone, email, date, time, city
- Multiple choice, yes/no
- Ask for a photo, ask for a location or address
Dates in the customer's calendar
Date hints follow the person: the Persian calendar for Persian speakers, Hijri for Arabic speakers when the business uses it, otherwise Gregorian, in their own digits.
24-hour window check
Before a message, check whether free messages are still allowed, and build two paths.
A path per app
One step that sends Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram customers down separate paths.
Go to another step
Jump to another step of the same flow, to repeat a part without extra lines. A loop without a wait is flagged as an error.
Explicit end
An end step with a reason, so paths finish clearly.
