Replies in your own voice
When switched on, the bot's reply goes as a voice note in a voice made from the owner's own. The full reply text stays in the panel.
- Off by default
- Answer-bank answers and AI answers can go as voice
- Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram
- Flow, automation, reminder and scheduled messages always go as text
Voice for voice
You can answer with voice only the customers whose last message was a voice note, while everyone else gets text.
- Two switches: voice replies for every eligible reply, or voice for voice only
Natural spoken style
Before the voice is made, the reply is rewritten in spoken style: colloquial Persian, spoken Gulf Arabic, casual English; prices, numbers, times and product names stay locked.
- If the rewrite fails its checks twice, the reply's own words are spoken
- Written by the cloud AI when one is connected, otherwise by this computer's AI
- A very small local AI model (under 2 billion parameters) is not trusted with it: the reply's own words are spoken
- Checks on the rewrite: every locked value once and in the same order, no new digit, the same number words, the same 'not' in each clause, no claim of being a live person, a sane length, the right language, no new quote, link or formatting
Free local voice engine
The voice is made on this computer and no data leaves it, in all three languages. The model file is downloaded only when you press the button and is checked before use.
- Model file 7.5 GB
- Needs at least 48 GB of RAM and 28 GB free before each voice on the processor, or a graphics card with 12 GB
- On the processor it is slow: a 10-second voice note takes about 2 minutes
- The download can resume
Light local voice engine
A lighter local engine for Arabic and English that works with 8 GB of RAM; it is tried automatically after your chosen engines when it speaks the reply's language.
- Arabic and English only, no Persian
- About 3 GB of memory while it makes a voice
- Faster than playback on a graphics card with 4 GB or more
- Included in the full edition; a 2.1 GB download in the light edition
ElevenLabs with your own key
Your voice is made with your own ElevenLabs account. A 30-second reply costs about 3–4 cents and counts against your AI budget.
- Needs a paid ElevenLabs plan that allows voice cloning
- The key is stored encrypted and shown masked
- Checking the key in Settings shows your plan and whether it allows voice cloning
- With a short time limit a faster model is used
- If the service is busy, one more try, then the next engine
Gemini with your own paid key
Your voice is made with your own paid Gemini key. A 30-second reply costs under one cent. One more short recording is needed: Google's consent sentence in English or Arabic.
- Paid key only (free-tier data may be used for training)
- Persian is not accepted for the consent sentence
- In Settings the owner confirms the key is a paid one
- Uses Google's listed price, which doubles from 1 January 2027
The right format for each channel
On WhatsApp and Telegram a real voice message with a play button goes out, on Instagram an audio file. The voice note is kept under WhatsApp's size limit.
- WhatsApp and Telegram: Ogg/Opus voice message, at most 512 KB (quality stepped down if needed)
- Instagram: an M4A file through a private link that works for 15 minutes; the app's public address must be on
- How Instagram shows the voice note is not yet tested on a real account
A written line under every voice note
Under every voice note comes one written line saying the voice was made with AI from your voice; you set the name in it. The reply's buttons come with this line.
- Default name: the business name
- Telegram: the line is the voice note's caption
- No spoken disclaimer inside the voice
- The bot notice in the first message stays as written text
Repeated replies go at once
Replies the bot has sent word for word again and again are made and checked ahead in idle time, so next time they go out at once.
- Replies sent at least 3 times in 30 days
- Up to 200 ready voice notes, kept encrypted
- Stops at once when a customer is waiting
- Cleared when you record your voice again or delete it
- Only replies of up to 400 characters
- Skipped while other work is waiting in the queue
Customers can ask for text
If a customer writes 'text please', «متن بفرست» or «نص فقط», they get text from then on; asking for voice again brings voice back.
- Understood in Persian, Arabic and English
- A Telegram customer whose privacy setting blocks voice notes is switched to text automatically
Voice reply statistics
See how many voice notes went out in the last 30 days, how many replies went as text instead and why, and the cloud cost.
- No audio, key or customer text is kept in these records
Numbers spoken by fixed rules
Every number, price, time, date, phone number and percentage is written out in words by the app's fixed rules, not by the AI, in everyday forms.
- Locked kinds: money, numbers, times, dates, phone numbers, percentages, model codes, links, emails, your product and service names
- Number words in Persian, Arabic and English
A second judge of the rewrite
With a cloud AI connected, a separate check asks whether the meaning is the same; if not, the reply's original words are spoken.
- On by default; needs a cloud AI
Only colloquial voice notes
If the colloquial rewrite is refused, the reply can go as text instead of reading out the formal words.
A fallback order of engines
If the main engine fails, the other engines are tried in the order you set, and in the end the same reply goes as text.
- Up to 3 fallback engines
- Engines that do not speak the reply's language are skipped
On or off per channel
Switch voice replies on or off separately for Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram.
Shows 'sending a voice'
While the voice is being made, Telegram shows the customer a 'sending a voice' status and Instagram shows typing.
