Shop and delivery

Sell, ship and track orders from the chat

Customers pick products with their options and stock on Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram or a small web shop, pay and follow their order. You run orders, delivery and returns from one panel, and if you ship goods for others you also get rate cards, labels and drivers.

Recorded from the real app, with a sample business's data.

Products and catalogue

Any option you sell

Give each product up to four options with your own names (size, colour, karat, ring size…). Every combination gets its own code, price, stock and photos.

  • Up to 4 options per product
  • Up to 60 values per option
  • Every combination is created automatically
  • Per combination: product code, price (or the product's own price), stock, up to 6 photos, on/off
  • Examples: size, colour, karat, ring size, tyre size, dye lot

Products in three languages

Write each product's name and description in Persian, Arabic and English; the customer sees it in the language of their chat.

  • Description up to 1,500 characters per language
  • If you type only one language, that text is used for all three

Product categories

Group products into categories; with two or more, the chat shop and the web shop show the categories first.

  • Category names in Persian, Arabic and English
  • Up to 11 categories as chat buttons, plus «all products»

Photos for products and options

Pick from the media library or upload on the spot. The first photo is the product card's photo, and each option can have its own.

  • Up to 8 photos per product
  • Up to 6 photos per option combination
  • Click a photo to make it the cover

Physical, service or digital

Set each product's kind. An all-digital order needs no shipping, and the digital delivery note is sent to the customer on delivery.

  • Kinds: physical, digital, service
  • Digital delivery note up to 600 characters per language

Personalisation with extra price

Ask what goes on the cake, the engraving or the card. Each question can be required and can add an amount to the price.

  • Up to 6 questions per product
  • Question types: short text, long text, choice (up to 12 options), date
  • Character limit per question (default 60, long text 300)
  • Optional questions can be skipped in the chat

Old price struck through

Set an old price on any product; the web shop shows it struck through next to the current price.

Product codes and other names

Store the product code, an internal code and the names customers use, so the product is found when they type it their way.

  • Up to 40 other names per product
  • Persian and Arabic letter variants and digit styles are treated as the same when searching

Minimum and maximum quantity

Set each product's minimum and maximum order quantity and its selling unit (a kilo, a box).

Quick start from your trade pack

One button adds your trade's suggested options and its sample products, without prices, so you only fill in prices and stock.

  • Up to 3 options from the pack, up to 12 values each

Products from your price list

The services and packages already in your price list become products with one button; the original list stays as it is.

  • Each new product stays linked to its package; later edits on one side do not overwrite the other

Archived, not deleted

A product that has orders is archived instead of deleted, so past orders stay intact; you can also switch a product or option off.

Stock and availability

Tell me when it is back

The customer joins the waitlist for a sold-out product or option. When stock comes back they are told in the chat with an «order now» button; anyone who opted out gets nothing.

  • For a whole product or one exact option
  • Set off by a stock edit, a bulk edit, a cancelled order or a returned item
  • A panel page grouped by product with a «notify now» button
  • Respects customers who sent STOP or withdrew marketing consent
  • The whole waitlist can be switched off in the shop settings
  • Anyone can be removed from the list by hand

Stock for every option

Keep stock per product or per option; a product without a stock count is treated as unlimited. Every stock change is logged with its reason.

  • Logged reasons: order, cancellation, return, manual, restock, bulk edit

Stock held when an order is placed

Stock comes off when an order is placed and goes back if it is cancelled, so nothing is sold twice. You can switch this off.

Only what is in stock

In the chat only options with stock left are offered, and a sold-out option offers the back-in-stock list.

Low-stock warning

Products with three or fewer left, or none, are flagged in the product list and counted in the dashboard's «needs attention» card.

  • Low stock means 3 or fewer

Bulk price and stock edit

Edit the price and stock of every product and option in one table, or raise or lower all shown prices by a percentage.

  • Percentage changes round to your currency's decimals
  • Stock coming back from zero alerts the waitlist

Selling days and hours

Choose the weekdays, ordering hours and date range of each product; outside them the earliest possible day is offered.

  • The next possible day is searched up to 60 days ahead

Daily cut-off and daily cap

For a daily menu or a home kitchen, set today's last ordering time and the most you sell per day; after that the order goes to the next day.

  • Cut-off per product or one for the whole shop
  • The daily cap counts orders per delivery day

Made-to-order lead time

For products made after ordering, set the lead days; the earliest date and the estimated arrival are worked out from it.

  • 0 to 365 days

Selling in the chat

Full checkout in the chat

The customer picks a delivery zone or pickup, gives the address, chooses online payment or cash on delivery and confirms a summary with shipping, VAT and total. After that the payment request goes out on its own.

  • A saved address is reused
  • Summary lines: items, subtotal, shipping, VAT, cash-on-delivery fee, total
  • Each order gets a link to its own private page

A shop inside the chat

The customer types «shop» or taps the menu and sees product cards with photo, price and stock note on Instagram, WhatsApp or Telegram, then picks one with a tap.

  • Up to 10 cards per message; with more products a web shop link is added
  • Each card has «choose» and «view in shop» buttons
  • Shop words in Persian, Arabic and English; menu entries «Shop» and «My orders»
  • The «Shop» menu entry shows only when you have active products and your trade pack's own menu does not already sell; it can be switched off
  • Telegram command /shop

Pick options by tap or text

The values of each option come one after another as buttons; the customer can also type the answer, such as «red», «L» or «2».

  • Typed answers are understood in Persian, Arabic and English
  • Up to 12 values per message

A cart in the chat

The customer adds several products, views the cart and removes lines; typing «cart» or «checkout» works too.

  • Quantity buttons respect the minimum, maximum and stock left
  • The same product and options are merged into one line
  • A cart stays open 7 days

«My orders» for the customer

The customer types «order status» or «my order» and sees the order card with status, tracking code and arrival time, and can cancel an unpaid order, pay or ask for a return.

  • The last 8 orders are listed
  • Typing an order number or phone finds that order
  • The «My orders» menu entry shows only to customers who have orders
  • Telegram command /orders

Find the product the customer means

When the customer writes «that small brown bag», the product is found in the catalogue by words first, then by the AI on this computer, and its card is sent; nothing outside the catalogue is ever offered.

  • Up to 3 cards when several fit

Suggest products that go with it

For the product the customer chose, two or three other in-stock products of the same category are offered as cards.

  • 1 to 3 suggestions
  • Only from your catalogue

The AI knows your products

Smart replies use each product's name, price, options, stock, return rule and warranty, and are refreshed seconds after every edit.

  • Up to 300 products in the AI's knowledge
  • Knows the web shop link too

Orders from a journey's answers

If a journey already asked the product, colour, size, quantity, address, delivery, gift or cash on delivery, the order is built straight from those answers; if something is missing, the product cards are shown.

  • Works with the order steps of the trade packs
  • With an empty catalogue the request becomes an order the team prices

Shop steps for your journeys

The journey builder has ready steps to create an order, show the shop, join the waitlist, cancel, return and suggest products, and you can branch on stock and order status.

  • Steps: create the order, show the shop, back-in-stock alert, latest order details, cancel the order, return or exchange request, find the product, suggest products
  • Conditions: in stock, number of paid orders, order status (including late), has an open order, order total, items in cart

A Shop button in the chat menu

A «Shop» button is added to the chat menu by itself, and «My orders» shows only to customers who have orders. If your trade pack's menu already sells, no duplicate button is added.

  • Shown only while at least one product is active
  • Can be switched off in the shop settings
  • Telegram commands: /shop and /orders
  • Words like «shop», «فروشگاه» or «المتجر» open it

Order summary in journey messages

Before the order is placed, journey messages can show the items, subtotal, delivery fee, VAT and total from the cart or the customer's answers, so the customer can confirm.

  • Values you can show: items, order summary, subtotal, delivery fee, VAT, total, product, option
  • The delivery zone is guessed from the city or address already given

The small web shop

A small web shop

You get a mobile shop page in three languages with search, categories, prices and old prices to link anywhere; from the chat's link the customer gets their own cart and checkout.

  • Right-to-left and left-to-right layouts
  • Not shown in search engines
  • Opens from your own computer's public address

A page for each product

The product page shows the photo gallery, option choice, personalisation questions, stock, return rule, warranty and lead time.

  • Up to 10 photos per page

Checkout on the web page

The customer picks a delivery zone or pickup point, fills the address with their country's fields, adds a gift and a note and sees the total live. After ordering, the order message and payment request arrive in the same chat.

  • A known name, phone and address are filled in
  • The zone's minimum order is checked
  • Cash on delivery when allowed

Order status page

Each order has a private page with steps, history, items, amounts, tracking code and arrival time; the customer can cancel an unpaid order or ask for a return there.

  • The link closes 30 days after the order is finished (after the return window and warranty)
  • Rapid repeated requests are limited to stop abuse

Photos and video for a return

On the return request page the customer uploads photos or video of the item (such as an unboxing video), and the team sees them with the request.

  • Up to 8 files per request
  • Up to 25 MB per file
  • Images and videos only, checked by what the file really contains

Orders and payment

Orders board and list

See orders in columns (awaiting pricing, awaiting payment, to prepare, on hold, shipped, delivered) or search the list by status, payment and date. Late orders are flagged.

  • The delivered column shows the last 7 days
  • Search by order number, name, phone, city or tracking code
  • Order numbers with your own prefix, such as ORD-0001

Statuses and order history

Every status change is logged with time and who did it, and the customer gets a message in their language for the statuses you choose.

  • Statuses: awaiting pricing, awaiting payment, paid, preparing, on hold, shipped, out for delivery, delivered, cancelled, returned
  • The customer message for each status can be switched on or off

Everything for one order in one place

On the order page, change quantities and prices of an unpaid order, change the shipping fee, record a payment by hand, mark a delay with a new date, resend the message and add staff notes.

  • The customer is told about a delay
  • Copy the order page link
  • Up to 100 staff notes per order

Orders entered by the team

Enter a phone or walk-in order from the orders page or the customer's page, with catalogue products or free lines, zone, pickup, cash on delivery and starting status; the customer is told if you want.

Custom requests the team prices

When the customer asks for something without a price, the order is saved as «awaiting pricing» with a ticket for the team; once priced, the payment request goes to the customer.

  • A «something else» button in a journey's shop

Orders paid your usual ways

Orders use the same payment request as the rest of your sales, with the same methods and receipts; once a payment is confirmed the order moves to «paid» by itself.

  • A rejected payment extends the order's hold
  • A customer only sees and pays their own orders
  • The panel warns when no payment method is set up for your currency

Percentage deposits

Set a deposit percentage per product; the customer pays the deposit first, the order goes to preparing and the balance is collected later.

  • Deposit and balance are shown in messages and on the order page

Cash on delivery

Turn cash on delivery on or off, or let it follow your trade's habit in your country; set a fee, a maximum order total and the zones that allow it.

  • Cash-on-delivery orders can go straight to «preparing»
  • Mark “not collected” to free the request for another method
  • Counts of pending, collected and paid in

Advanced payments

VAT on orders

Your country's rate applies by itself or you set your own, prices are counted with or without VAT, and you can mark products as exempt.

  • Built-in rates include UAE 5%, Saudi Arabia 15%, Bahrain 10%, Oman 5%
  • Off by default in Iran until you switch it on
  • Shipping is taxed along with the items

Unpaid orders held for a while

An unpaid order is held for some hours, gets a reminder about six hours before it is cancelled, then is cancelled and its stock freed; if a receipt is under review the order stays.

  • Hold time: 1 hour to 30 days (default 24 hours)

Cancellation puts stock back

Cancelling an order returns its stock and stops its follow-up messages; if money was paid, a refund ticket opens for the team.

Gift orders

The customer gives the recipient's name and phone, the card message, the sender's name and «surprise», and the team sees it all on the order.

  • Card message up to 500 characters

Shop numbers on the dashboard

The dashboard shows today's orders, orders to ship, 30-day sales and what needs attention (returns, low stock, to price), with a counter on the orders menu.

  • Test customers are left out of the numbers
  • Sales means payments recorded on orders

Orders on the customer's page

On each customer's page see their orders, total spent, open returns and waitlist, and enter a new order from there.

Sales stage and after-delivery follow-ups

An order moves the customer to «awaiting payment» or «won», and the trade pack's after-shipping and after-delivery messages (such as a review request or a reorder reminder) hang on the order; cancelled or returned orders stop them.

Trade prices for companies

With the business-to-business module on, each company's price and minimum quantity apply in this same shop, and a credit customer's order goes on account.

  • The lowest offered price wins

Wholesale and business accounts

Customer data removed on request

When you erase a customer's data, their orders, carts, returns, waitlist entries, shipments, pickups, claims and held messages go with it.

  • Stock history is kept, without the link to the order

Shipping and delivery

Delivery, tracking and returns

Delivery zones with their own fees

For each zone set the city or area words, the fee, free delivery above an amount, the minimum order, the arrival time and whether cash on delivery is allowed; the zone is found from the customer's address.

  • Up to 80 match words per zone
  • An address outside every zone opens a ticket for the team
  • With no zones, a default fee, free-delivery threshold and arrival time apply

Pickup in store

Define one or more pickup points with their address; the customer picks one in the chat or on the web page instead of delivery.

Tracking code and tracking link

Enter the carrier and tracking code and move the order to shipped, out for delivery or delivered with one tap; the customer gets the code and a track button. Give each carrier a link pattern and the link is built for you.

  • Up to 20 carriers of your own
  • Mark where the tracking code goes in the link pattern with {code}

Return, exchange and warranty rules

Set the return window, «exchange only», whether an unboxing video is required and your policy text, with exceptions per product; customers can only ask within these rules.

  • Default window 7 days; per product 0–365 days
  • Per product: shop policy, no returns, exchange only
  • Personalised and digital items cannot be returned
  • Warranty in months per product (up to 120)
  • Starting values come from your trade pack; your changes win

Handling return requests

Each request gets a reference number and a ticket. On the returns page view the evidence, approve or reject, record the item received with stock back, then refund or exchange; the customer is told each time.

  • Kinds: return and refund, exchange, warranty or repair
  • Statuses: requested, approved, rejected, item received, refunded, exchanged, closed
  • Reference numbers like RMA-0001

Ship shop orders through logistics

If you deliver yourself, turn orders with an address into shipments with one button or automatically; the order's status follows the shipment and the customer hears only once, from the shop.

  • The cash-on-delivery amount carries over to the shipment

Shipping and delivery

Starting settings from your trade pack

Cash on delivery, the return window, «exchange only», the unboxing-video rule and in-store pickup start from your trade pack and country; your own changes always win.

  • A trade that does not ship starts with pickup switched on
  • The panel names the pack the defaults came from

Shipping rates and quotes

Instant shipping quotes in the chat

The customer types «shipping price», gives origin, destination, weight and size, and gets options with price and arrival time from your rate cards; picking one books the shipment. With no rate, a ticket opens for the team.

  • Up to 4 options, the cheapest of each level first
  • The size question can be skipped; the number of pieces is read from the message
  • The price holds for 48 hours (adjustable from 1 to 720 hours)
  • Map pins and map links give the distance
  • Can be switched off; the «Shipping price» menu entry shows only while you have rate cards
  • Telegram command /shipping
  • An unanswered quote question closes after 6 hours

Shipping rate cards

For each carrier or service, price by weight per zone, by distance or at a flat price; zones are recognised by city names, countries, international or remote.

  • Weight bands plus a price for each extra kilo
  • Distance: base, per km, free km, minimum, maximum km
  • Up to 60 zones and 400 bands per rate card
  • Minimum charge and maximum weight per rate card

Volumetric weight worked out

The chargeable weight is the larger of actual and volumetric weight, with the carrier's divisor and rounding up; the same formula is a computed field in your forms.

  • Volumetric = L × W × H (cm) × pieces ÷ divisor (5000 courier, 6000 air cargo)
  • Weights in kg, g or lb; sizes in cm, mm, m or inches
  • Rounding step 0.5 kg by default

Four service levels

Same day, express, standard and economy each have a price factor, an arrival time in hours or working days and a cut-off; your country's weekend is skipped.

  • Same-day cut-off 13:00 by default

Shipping surcharges

Fuel, remote area, fragile handling, cash-on-delivery fee, insurance and a minimum charge appear as separate lines, with VAT added as you set it.

  • Fuel as a % of the freight
  • Cash-on-delivery fee: flat + % of the amount, with a minimum
  • Insurance: % of the declared value, with a minimum
  • VAT follows your payment settings or your shipping settings

Try a quote in the panel

Before using a rate card, try a route and weight and see the price line by line, the zone, the arrival time and why no rate was found.

Re-price or set a price by hand

Recalculate a shipment's price from your rate cards at the service level you choose, or type the amount by hand; a shipment waiting for a price is confirmed with one button.

  • Price lines and VAT are shown line by line
  • Payment request or cash collection from the same page

Shipments, drivers and delivery

Printable labels and waybills with barcodes

Print a 100 × 150 mm label per piece with a barcode, a QR code to the tracking page, sender and receiver, weight, cash to collect and «fragile»; plus an A4 waybill with price lines, VAT and signature boxes, no extra software.

  • Barcode: Code 128; the QR code is made on this computer
  • One label per piece, numbered n of N
  • Labels in Persian, Arabic and English

Shipments with tracking numbers

Each shipment has a tracking number with a check digit, sender, receiver, origin, destination, pieces, weight, declared value and cash to collect; it is created in the panel, by a chat booking, from journeys that asked a route, or from a shop order.

  • Kinds: parcel, freight, move, tow, delivery, import
  • Up to 99 labelled pieces per shipment
  • Statuses: awaiting price, awaiting payment, booked, picked up, at the hub, in transit, in customs, out for delivery, delivered, delivery attempt failed, on hold, returned, cancelled
  • Tracking-number prefix of your choice (up to 4 letters or digits, default LG)
  • Edit route, sender, receiver, contents, pieces, weight, size, carrier and carrier code, promised date, driver, fragile and notes

Shipments board

Shipments sit in columns: booked, picked up, in transit, out for delivery, needs attention and delivered; there is also a list with filters and search.

  • Search by number, carrier code, person, receiver, phone or place

Route legs

Each shipment's route is split into pickup, hub, long-distance haul and final delivery; give each leg a carrier or a driver, and legs move forward with the shipment's status.

Pickup schedule

See pickup requests with time window and address day by day and assign a driver; with the booking module, the pickup time follows a moved or cancelled booking.

  • Statuses: requested, scheduled, assigned, picked up, failed, cancelled
  • Default time window 2 hours

The driver's daily page

Each driver gets a private link with no password: today's deliveries and pickups, navigation, call, status buttons, delivery proof with name and photo, and cash or fee collection.

  • Navigation with Google Maps and Waze
  • A failed attempt needs a note
  • Photos are shrunk on the phone (max 1600 px)
  • Daily count of deliveries and cash collected
  • The link can be renewed any time

A tracking page for the customer

The customer sees the steps, arrival time, history, carrier link, proof of delivery and amount due, pays the fee or reports a problem. The address is shown only to city level.

  • Refreshes itself while the parcel moves (every 30 seconds when out for delivery)
  • The link stays open 30 days after delivery (adjustable from 1 to 365)
  • Not shown in search engines
  • A clear notice for late, in customs, failed attempt, on hold, returned and cancelled
  • A closed link tells the customer to ask in the chat

Lookup by tracking number

Anyone reaches the tracking page with the tracking number plus the last four digits of a phone on the shipment; typing the number in the chat returns the shipment card. You can switch this off.

  • Someone else's shipment shows only a short card
  • Up to 10 tracking questions per person per day
  • Wrong digits look the same as an unknown number

Automatic update at each step

A message with a track button goes out at booking, pickup, customs, out for delivery, delivery, failed attempt and more; if the 24-hour window is closed it is held and sent only if still true.

  • Each step's message can be switched on or off
  • Outside the 24-hour window your WhatsApp template is sent, if set
  • When field service is on, «out for delivery» adds the driver's live location link
  • Shows the cash to pay on delivery and the amount due

Proof of delivery with name and photo

On delivery the receiver's name, and a photo if you want, are recorded; the customer sees them on the tracking page.

  • Name required by default; the photo can be made required
  • The location is saved when the phone shares it
  • Photo up to 15 MB

Cash on delivery and sender settlement

Cash collected on delivery is recorded with its method, and a wrong amount opens a ticket. For each sender the total collected minus fees and unpaid shipping is worked out, and the sender is told when it is paid out.

  • Collection methods: cash, card, transfer, other
  • Settlement references like ST-XXXXXX
  • Default cash-on-delivery fee: flat + %
  • Cash still to settle is shown on the dashboard

Collecting the shipping fee

The sender or the receiver pays the fee; a payment request is sent from the panel or the tracking page, or the driver takes cash, and payment books the shipment.

Customs checklist

An international shipment gets a customs checklist automatically, and you can send the customer a secure link to upload the papers.

  • Items: commercial invoice, packing list, HS tariff codes, ID or trade licence, certificate of origin, signed declaration, duties agreed
  • The upload link needs the documents module

Damage and loss claims

A damage, loss or delay claim comes from the tracking page, a journey or the panel and opens a ticket for the team; the approved amount and the decision are sent to the customer.

  • Kinds: damage, loss, delay, other
  • Statuses: open, reviewing, approved, rejected, paid, closed
  • Loss claims get a high-priority ticket
  • Photos sent in the journey are attached
  • A claim answer in a journey is sorted into damage, loss or delay from its words

Late shipment alerts

A shipment two hours past its promised time is marked once on its history and a ticket opens for the team.

  • Team tickets from shipping can be switched off

Shipping numbers on the dashboard

See open shipments, out for delivery, delivered today, needing attention, late, open claims, cash to settle and the 30-day on-time rate.

  • Menu counters for items needing attention, drafts, pickups and claims

The journey builder has ready steps to create a shipment, quote, send the tracking update, book a pickup, wait until delivered, open a claim and request customs papers, and you branch on the shipment's status.

  • Conditions: shipment status (booked, in transit, customs, on hold, late, delivered, returned, cancelled), has a shipment, international, cash pending, claim status
  • Journeys that collected a route become shipments on their own (can be switched off)
  • Journey messages can show the shipment's tracking number, tracking link, status, arrival, price, carrier, chargeable weight and service level

Your drivers

Register drivers with name, phone and vehicle, assign them to a shipment or a leg, and see each one's open jobs.

  • A driver with open shipments is archived, not deleted

«My shipment» in the chat

The customer writes «where is my parcel» or taps «My shipments» and gets cards of their shipments with status, route, arrival, latest update and a track button. With no shipment, the tracking number is asked.

  • Up to 3 shipments, moving ones first
  • Buttons: track, carrier's site, driver's live location (out for delivery)
  • The receiver's name is shown once delivered
  • Telegram command /track
  • Menu entry only for customers with shipments; can be switched off

Status and events for each shipment

On the shipment page set the next status with a place and a note and choose whether the customer is told, or add an event without changing the status, such as arrived at the hub or cleared customs. The history shows time and who did it.

  • Events: update, location, arrived at the hub, left the hub, cleared customs, delivery attempt, driver on the way, running late
  • The likely next statuses are offered first
  • Who did it: team, driver, customer, assistant, journey or system
  • Resend the current status to the customer with one button

Shipments on the customer's page and in search

See each customer's shipments and claims on their page, and find a shipment in the panel's search by tracking number, carrier code, name, receiver, phone or place; claims and drivers are searchable too.

Hand a leg to your field team

With the field-service module, a pickup or final-delivery leg becomes a field job; its status comes back to the shipment and the customer sees the driver's live location.

Field service

Bring in shipments now

One button turns journeys from the last seven days and shop orders into shipments and refreshes pickups and field jobs; the same runs regularly in the background.

  • Status-question, price-check and complaint journeys are not turned into shipments
  • Test chats are left out

Test records kept apart

Orders and shipments of test customers stay out of the numbers, and appear on the shipments board, pickups and claims only with «Show tests».
