Terms of Use

Who we are

These terms are between Nexorah AI (United Arab Emirates), the maker and seller of DMAI Pro, and the business that installs or buys the app. By installing or using the app you accept these terms.

Licence

Each licence is for one computer and is tied to that computer's code. A licence is a right to use the app, not ownership of it; copying, reselling or breaking the licence check is not allowed.

Free trial

The app works free for 7 days with every feature. After that, without a valid licence, the app becomes read-only.

Prices, payment and refunds

Prices in AED: 1 month 250, 3 months 600, 6 months 1,000, 1 year 1,500; lifetime on request. To buy, message us; we send the payment details and, once payment is received, the licence key.

You may ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase; the licence is then cancelled. If an on-site setup was done, 300 AED for the setup is deducted.

Moving to a new computer

To move to a new computer, message us and we will send a new key for that computer. The new key cancels the old one: the old computer keeps working for 3 more days and after that only receives messages.

End of term, grace period and read-only

After a term ends, the app keeps working fully during a grace period with a renewal reminder: 3 days for the 1- and 3-month plans, 7 days for the 6-month and 1-year plans.

After the grace period the app becomes read-only: messages are still received and kept, nothing is sent and no data is deleted. Renewing brings everything back.

Setup and support

The yearly (and lifetime) plan includes a free on-site setup in Dubai of up to 3 hours: installation, business information up to 50 products or services, the trade pack with up to 3 custom flows and 2 custom forms, connecting the messaging apps and training. Outside Dubai it is online, or on site with a travel fee. The six-month plan includes an online setup of up to 90 minutes and the three-month plan one 30-minute call.

Connecting WhatsApp and Instagram depends on Meta's approval, which is not in our hands; if it is not finished in the session, a follow-up online session is free.

Support by WhatsApp, Telegram and e-mail, Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00 UAE time: 1 month — answer within 2 working days; 3 and 6 months — within 1 working day; 1 year — the same working day. Sending that has stopped gets priority on every plan. Lifetime support after the first year continues with an optional package at 500 AED a year.

Updates

New versions are announced inside the app and installed only with the owner's approval. A lifetime licence includes every update, for ever.

Updates are free for every installed copy.

Acceptable use

The business is responsible for making sure its use of the app complies with the laws of its country and with the policies of Meta (Instagram and WhatsApp) and Telegram, including customers' consent to marketing messages and data-protection law.

Use for spam, deception, harassment or anything unlawful is not allowed. We are not responsible if these platforms block or limit accounts.

Third-party services

The app works with services we do not run (Meta, Telegram, Cloudflare, ngrok, cloud AI services, payment gateways). Their use is governed by their own terms, and their availability is outside our control.

Warranty limits

The app is provided “as is”. We work to make it accurate and stable, but we do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or error, or that every AI reply will be correct. The business should review replies and settings and keep backups of its data.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Nexorah AI's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for that licence, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, sales or data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
