The complete list
Inbox and channels 58
- All messages in one inboxInstagram, WhatsApp and Telegram chats in one list, each with its channel's colour and logo. The newest is on top and new messages appear without reloading.
- A tab for each channelShow only Instagram, only WhatsApp or only Telegram in one click. Each tab shows its conversation count and a dot when something is unread.
- Ready-made filtersNarrow the list to unread, waiting for the team, assigned to me or handled by the bot, with a count on each filter.
- Search every conversationSearch by name, username, phone, case number or message text across all conversations, not just the ones on screen. The best match comes first.
- New message noticeA new conversation slides onto the top of the list and a short notice says who wrote on which channel, with an Open button.
- Read and unreadEach chat shows its unread count and is marked read when you open it. Mark one read from the list, or all at once with one button.
- Last message previewEach row shows the last message with an icon for its type (voice, photo, file, story reply, comment), the time or day, and a bot or waiting badge.
- How long a customer waitsA chat handed to the team shows how long the customer has been waiting instead of the message time, also in the chat header.
- Typical first-reply timeThe inbox header shows how long a customer's message usually waits for its first answer, from the bot or the team.
- Quick actions on each rowHovering a row shows two buttons: mark read and open the full customer case, without opening the chat. Older conversations load with an «Older conversations» button.
- The whole chat on one screenThe latest messages with day separators (today, yesterday, a date) and a time on each; new messages are added as they arrive.
- See who sent each replyUnder every sent message it says whether the assistant, an automatic reply or which teammate sent it; assistant replies link to why it answered that way.
- Photos and voice in the chatCustomer photos show as thumbnails, voice notes with a play button, videos and files with their icon. A file that was not downloaded or that the customer deleted is marked as such.
- Buttons as the customer saw themButtons, quick replies and cards sent to the customer appear the same way in the panel; link buttons are marked ↗.
- Where the customer came fromAbove each chat: did the customer come from a post comment, a story reply, an ad, your link or a direct message, on which channel, and since when.
- A comfortable reply boxEnter sends, Shift+Enter starts a new line, and nothing goes out early while typing Persian or Arabic. An unfinished reply stays with its chat while the browser tab is open.
- Saved replies with «/»Type «/» to open your saved messages; pick one with the arrow keys, Enter puts it in the reply box, then edit and send.
- Send a file from the libraryUse the paperclip to find a photo, video, audio or file you already put in the library and send it to the customer.
- Tag from inside the chatAdd or remove your business's tags on the customer right from the chat, without opening the case.
- Customer sheet beside the chatOne button opens a customer summary beside the chat: channel, stage, assignee, first message, city and phone, tags and internal notes, with a link to the full case.
- Tells you if it really went outAfter sending, the panel says exactly what happened: sent, queued, sent with the team-reply tag, or why it did not go (for example the 24-hour window is closed). An unsent message is never shown as sent.
- Fast keyboard workMove between chats, search, pull up saved replies and send the assistant's suggestion without the mouse.
- The assistant is writingWhen a customer just wrote and the assistant is still preparing the answer, the chat shows «The assistant is writing…» so you do not answer at the same time.
- Works on small screensOn a narrow screen the list and the chat show one at a time with a back button. With «reduce motion» on in your system, the animations are switched off.
- Take over from the bot in one click«Take over from bot» makes the assistant step back in that chat while you answer; «Return to bot» lets it carry on. The chat header always shows who has it now.
- Replying inside Instagram pauses the botIf you answer a customer yourself inside Instagram itself, the app notices, logs your message in the chat, and the bot stays out while you talk.
- Auto-reply or manual approvalOne switch at the top decides whether the assistant's answers go out on their own or wait for your approval. In manual approval, instant flow and system messages still go at once; only AI answers wait.
- The assistant's suggestion in the chatAn answer the assistant prepared and is waiting for approval appears at the bottom of the chat with three buttons: Send, Edit, No.
- Approval queueEvery answer waiting for your decision in one place, next to the customer's last message. Edit and send, or reject; a reply that failed to send is here too with a Resend button.
- Auto-send if nobody reviewsIf you do not review a draft within the time you set, it goes out by itself so the customer is not left waiting; unsure drafts never go out this way.
- Stale drafts are never sentWhen the channel's reply window closes, a waiting draft expires. A newer draft replaces the older one, and if the team answers itself the assistant's draft is set aside.
- Chat goes back to the bot by itselfIf the team has a chat but nobody answered, it returns to the bot after a time you choose, and when the reply window is open the customer gets a short message with the main menu.
- Safe pace for comment repliesInstagram limits automated replies per hour; the app stays under that limit and, when comments pile up, sends replies in arrival order spread across the hour instead of all at once.
- Story replies and mentionsA customer's reply to your story and a mention of you in theirs arrive in the inbox with their own icon. Only a story automation you made, or the story default message, answers them; DM keywords and the AI do not.
- Instagram DirectConnect your Instagram professional account so DMs, button taps, ig.me links and comments reach the app. The customer's name, username and profile picture are read, and the picture is kept on this computer.
- Official WhatsApp BusinessConnect your number through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. The panel shows the number, verified name, quality rating (green, yellow, red) and approved template count, and registers the message-receiving address at Meta by itself.
- A Telegram bot, no hassleConnect your Telegram bot; it can receive messages straight from this computer, even without a public internet address. The bot's description and command list are set in Persian, Arabic and English.
- Telegram command menuCustomers see ready commands behind Telegram's menu button; commands of enabled modules and your trade pack's journeys are added and kept up to date automatically.
- Health strip for each channelEach messenger's card shows three steps: keys work, message receiving confirmed, first real message received. If something is stuck, the reason is shown in red in plain words.
- Instagram ice breakers and fixed menuSomeone opening your DMs for the first time sees ready conversation starters, plus a fixed menu (main menu, sections, a WhatsApp link), set for each of your business languages.
- Connect Instagram with one sign-inWith «Log in with Instagram» you sign in on Instagram's own page and the account is connected; your password never reaches the app. The connection renews itself and its date is shown on the card.
- Message address registered at Meta for youYou enter the Meta app ID and secret once in one box; the app registers the Instagram and WhatsApp message address at Meta itself and again whenever the public address changes. It then reads it back and says on the card if Meta did not take something.
- Step-by-step connection guidesEach messenger's card has a step-by-step guide: what to do, what you will see, a button that opens the right page, the values to copy and the common mistake of each step. Steps the app can check are ticked by itself.
- Test or pause each connectionEach connection is tested when saved and has «Test again» and «Test all» buttons; the time of the last test is on the card. You can switch a channel off without deleting its keys, and every connection is re-tested automatically each day.
- Buttons, quick replies and cards on InstagramMessages can carry buttons, quick replies or a swipeable carousel of cards with pictures. Because quick replies do not show on desktop, options are numbered too and the customer can type the number or the option.
- Buttons and lists on WhatsAppOn WhatsApp up to three options become reply buttons, up to ten a pop-up list, and more a numbered list the customer answers by number. Links become link buttons.
- Buttons under messages on TelegramOn Telegram each option is its own button under the message, any number of them. In multiple-choice questions the ticks change on the same message instead of a new message per tap.
- Old buttons cause no troubleA customer may tap a button from yesterday; every button carries a version and is checked against that customer's current state before anything happens. On Telegram only taps on buttons that were really on the app's message count.
- Receives every kind of customer messageText, photos, videos, voice notes, files, stickers, location pins and contact cards are received from all three messengers and logged in the chat.
- WhatsApp's 24-hour windowWhatsApp accepts free-form messages only within 24 hours of the customer's last message. When the window is closed the chat says so and no free-form message is sent; you can send an approved template.
- WhatsApp message templatesCreate message templates in the panel, submit them for Meta's review and follow their status. When the 24-hour window is closed, pick an approved template right in the chat, fill in the blanks and send.
- Team replies up to 7 days on InstagramAfter 24 hours, a message you type in the panel can still go out up to 7 days after the customer's last message, with Instagram's Human Agent tag. The bot and automatic messages never use it.
- Notices that wait for the customerIf a notice such as a booking confirmation, a shipped order or a payment request cannot go because the window is closed, it is held and sent in the customer's language as soon as they write again.
- Seen and typing signalsThe customer sees their message was seen and a typing signal while the answer is prepared, so they know someone is there.
- Many messages, one proper answerIf a customer sends several messages in a row, all are stored and one answer covers them together. One person sending a flood cannot make other customers wait.
- Instagram safety fuseIf Meta blocks access or the login key stops working, the app stops every Instagram call at once so repeated requests do not prolong the restriction. The panel shows a red notice, checks once every 30 minutes and resumes by itself.
- A dropped connection loses no replyIf the internet drops while sending, the reply is kept and retried several times. A message the messenger delivers twice is answered only once.
- Clear reason for unsupported countriesWhatsApp Business does not deliver to numbers in some countries; instead of a silent failure, the panel names the country so you can answer on another channel.
The AI that answers customers 92
- Instant answers to common questionsOpening hours, address, map, price list, the price of a named service, contacts, payment methods and website are answered at once, without AI, only from the information you entered.
- What you set up answers firstEach message goes through a fixed order: a stop request, your flows, a request for a person, your keyword automations, menu words, greetings and thanks, ready answers, and only then the AI. What you built yourself always answers before the AI.
- Hello, thanks and «ok» answered at onceA greeting, a thank-you or a short «ok» gets an instant reply without AI: a newcomer's hello gets your welcome and menu, a thank-you gets two next steps, and an «ok» right after a form link points back to the form.
- Ready answers for your tradeFor 152 trades, the questions customers of that trade usually ask come with ready answers in three languages, switched on with your trade pack.
- A general answer until you write your ownFor trade questions only you can answer, a general answer that is true for any business («it depends on …; tell us this and our team confirms») goes out until you write your own. Your answer always wins.
- Your own FAQ, answered instantlyEvery FAQ question and answer you write is available to the AI at once and used word for word. Mark it instant and it is sent without AI, in your own words, for other ways of asking it too.
- Two questions in one messageA message like «hours and prices?» gets both answers separately. If not every part has a ready answer, the whole message goes to the AI or your team; no message is half answered.
- No wrong ready answerMatching is strict on purpose: when two topics are close, or your information is missing, no ready answer goes and the message continues as usual.
- Understands meaning, not just wordsWhen the words do not match, the meaning of the message is compared with the ready questions: «till when are you open today» is «opening hours». It handles slang, typos, Finglish and Gulf Arabic, on this computer, without internet.
- Example hours are never told to customersThe app's example opening hours are not used in answers or given to the AI until you confirm or change them, with a «these are our real hours» button.
- What is still missing, listedEach ready answer shows the languages it is ready in and what information the others need, with a direct link to where you fill it in.
- Try a questionType a question and see what would be sent at once, in how many milliseconds, and whether it was found by meaning. Nothing is sent to anyone.
- 10 editable default messagesSystem direct messages are ready; each can be switched on or off, has its own text per language, and a repeat interval per person.
- Business hours with several ranges a daySet one or more time ranges for each weekday in your time zone. After hours a special message tells the next opening time («tomorrow at 9»).
- «One moment» only when neededWith the local engine the «one moment» message goes at once; with a cloud AI only when the reply takes over 8 seconds. Not repeated if a message went in the last 5 minutes.
- Typos, Finglish and the wrong keyboardKeywords are found even with a typo, a suffix, Finglish («gheymat») or typed on an English keyboard («rdlj» for «قیمت»), and each match says how it was found.
- «I don't want prices» is not a price questionNot wanting or not needing is recognised in Persian, Arabic and English, while «I don't have one» or «I don't know the price» still count as a request.
- Look-alike words are not confusedTypos are accepted only in long words, real look-alike words are never treated as one, and an English message is never read as Finglish.
- 35 ready message intentsThe app recognises what a message is about: price, booking, order status, shipping, payment, complaint and more, in Persian, Finglish, Arabic including Gulf dialect, Arabizi and English.
- Tune intents yourselfAdd or remove words for each intent, rename it, switch it off or reset it; changes apply at once to replies and automations. A test box shows a message's intents.
- Your trade's own wordsThe installed trade pack and the enabled modules add their own words and intents to message recognition.
- Synonym lexiconSynonym groups, colloquial forms and Finglish let one keyword catch all its forms. Groups are editable and also used to search your business information.
- The AI answers only from your informationServices and prices, your business text, FAQ, contacts, payment methods, opening hours, address and shop products become small pieces, rebuilt on every save.
- Every reply cites its sourceThe AI states only facts found in a piece of your information and records which pieces it used. A reply with a number and no source is flagged.
- Finding the right piece by words and meaningFor each message the related pieces are found by words, synonyms and meaning together: «do you come to the house?» finds the home-service piece with no shared word.
- A short price list always in viewServices and products with prices are always in the local model's instructions, however short or long your text; the rest of a big catalogue comes with each message.
- Large catalogues fitA cloud AI reads up to 24,000 characters of your information at once; above that your business's own information comes first, then products as far as they fit, and a piece left out comes with the message.
- Content in three languages, prices in the customer'sWrite each service's name and description, the welcome and your business text separately for Persian, Arabic and English; prices are written with the currency and digits of each language.
- Your details filled into your textsIn the welcome message and your business text you can write {brand}, {staff}, {phone} or {whatsapp}; they are filled from your settings in the customer's language, and a line that names a contact you have not set up is left out.
- Write the assistant's instructions yourselfYou can write the assistant's role, tone and sales rules yourself or go back to the default; without it the trade pack's text or the app's neutral text is used.
- Knows what day it isToday's day and date in your business's calendar and time zone (the Persian solar calendar in Persian) go with every message, so «are you open tomorrow?» is answered right.
- Conversation memoryThe AI knows the last 12 messages and the details the customer gave (like name and city), which prefill the form. With a cloud AI a short summary of the chat is also refreshed every 6 turns.
- The AI can act, not only talkBesides replying, it can show the price list, send the form, start a payment for a package, send the right file from your media library, show the menu, save details or hand the chat to your team.
- Booking requests get the formWhen a customer asks for an appointment or visit and a small model handed it to the team for no reason, the form is sent instead; a plain price question gets the price list.
- No made-up pricesEvery amount in a reply must be in your information; if not, the reply is not sent and the customer gets your real price list instead. A correct order total, quantity times price, a percentage you wrote, and what is left to free delivery pass only when calculated right and stated as such.
- No made-up numbers or timesAny other number, an hour, a duration («takes 2 hours»), a count or a day, must come from your information or the customer's own words. A local reply with a made-up number is not sent; a cloud reply waits for your approval.
- No made-up coloursA colour in a reply must be in your information or the customer's words, in any language; «we have no blue» is no claim.
- No made-up discounts or freebiesA discount, percentage, free item, refund, VIP status or «the manager approved» that is not in your information is never sent. When the customer asks for a discount or refund, your team decides and gets the chat.
- No foreign links or phone numbersA link that is not your business's, even written as «shop dot com», shortened, or someone else's Telegram or WhatsApp, and a phone number or email that is not yours or the customer's, are stopped.
- Old numbers in your text never reach customersBefore the AI reads your business text, any line with a phone number or a WhatsApp or Telegram link that is not one of your verified contacts is left out, so an outdated number is never passed on.
- Customers cannot give the bot ordersCustomer text is always data, never instructions: forged labels like «system:» are defused and the message reaches the AI in its own block. The translator translates a sentence that orders it around and never obeys it.
- No leaked instructions or secretsA reply that repeats the bot's instructions, talks about them, or states a key or password is not sent. Internal tool names are removed from the text.
- No fake «booked» or «ordered»The AI never says an order is placed, a booking confirmed or a payment received, and never says a time is free or full; the form goes instead and your team confirms.
- No drug doses, no guaranteed resultsMedicine or supplement doses and diagnoses are blocked, and sentences like «100% guaranteed results» are removed; «we can't guarantee» is fine.
- Sensitive topics: fixed safe reply and priority handoffWith the safety module, emergency, medical, legal, financial and under-18 messages get a fixed safe reply without AI and reach your team with high priority. Custom rules can be added.
- Right language, right lengthA reply not in the customer's language is not sent, and the local model is asked once more in that language. A reply over 700 characters is cut at its last full sentence.
- A blocked reply never goes, no one is left unansweredWhen the checks block a reply, the customer gets a fixed safe reply and your team gets the chat. If the customer asked for the bot's own instructions, they only hear politely that this is internal. An upset customer gets an apology and a person, not price cards.
- Unsure replies wait for your approvalIn automatic mode, a reply the checks are unsure of waits, flagged, in the approval queue while the customer hears «we'll reply here soon». In manual approval mode every AI reply is a draft.
- Learned answers are checked tooA ready answer built from your team's past chats is checked before it goes: nothing about one person, no made-up amount, link, card number or guarantee.
- «Why did the bot say this?»Every AI reply is logged: the customer's message, the information pieces used, tools, the result of every check, model, time and cost. Corrected or rejected replies can be filtered.
- Personal data stays off the cloud AIBefore every request to Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, the customer's name, phone number, email, card number and IBAN are replaced by stand-ins, and put back in the reply.
- With the local engine nothing leaves your PCWhen replies are written by the built-in engine or Ollama, messages and business information stay on this computer and the AI itself needs no internet.
- Team notes are masked tooA note the AI writes for your team from the customer's words masks card numbers, IBANs, links and phone numbers, and cannot raise the priority on its own.
- One assistant on Instagram, WhatsApp and TelegramThe same AI, ready answers and checks answer direct messages on Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram, and each reply is shaped to what that app shows best. You can try the assistant in the panel as any of the three apps without sending anything.
- Gulf Arabic for Gulf businessesFor a business in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain or Oman, Egyptian words a small model sometimes writes become their Gulf forms («عايز» to «تبي»).
- Formal or warm toneSome trades call customers «bro» or «dear». In formal mode (the default) these words are removed before sending; in warm mode they stay. The rest of the sentence is untouched.
- Replies in your team's own voiceA «tone card» is built from your team's real replies: how formal, how many emoji, greetings, closings and pet phrases. After your approval the AI writes in that voice.
- Reads the customer's mood and styleEach message shows whether the customer is upset, in a hurry, formal, playful, a short texter, a voice user or wants more detail; the reply's length and tone follow.
- No selling to an upset customerAn upset customer is not shown buttons, the form, the price list or the payment page unless they ask; calming comes first.
- One question per messageA reply answers first and asks only one question; what the customer already said is never asked again. If the AI asks five things at once, your short form goes instead and any price in that sentence is kept.
- No repeated repliesIf the model repeats its last reply word for word, it is asked once more; the second reply is used only when it is new and keeps any price the first had. An offer or question just made is not repeated.
- Buttons that fit the momentUnder an AI reply only the button needed appears, often none: yes/no under a yes/no question, services named in the reply, the form after a price, or a person when the customer asks again. A button just shown or tapped does not come back.
- Booking times right after the answerWhen a customer wants to book and you use the appointments or reservations feature, the days and times from your calendar follow the reply at once as choices, instead of a button to tap first. Not for an upset customer, and not when the chat goes to your team.
- Form and price list not sent again and againA form, price list or menu just shown is not sent again; the reply points to the one above unless the customer asks for it.
- Never «message us on Telegram» on TelegramA sentence sending the customer to the same Instagram, WhatsApp or Telegram they are writing on is removed; if nothing is left, «we'll answer right here» is said.
- No robotic phrasesPhrases like «as an AI…» and «I hope this helps» are removed, and it does not greet again in an ongoing chat.
- Tone variety for older cloud modelsOne setting chooses whether replies are precise and consistent or more varied. It only affects models that accept it (older Claude models and many OpenAI-compatible services); the newest Claude, GPT and Gemini models ignore it.
- Bot disclosure on the first messageA line saying the customer is talking to an automated assistant is added once, to the first message; you write it in each language.
- «I want a real person»A request to talk to a human is recognised in Persian, Arabic and English and the chat goes to your team at once with a ticket; «I don't want an operator» does not count.
- The AI knows when to hand overThe chat goes to your team with a ticket when the customer asks for a discount or refund, the reply promises the team will answer, the reply was blocked, the topic is sensitive, or the AI cannot be reached.
- If the team is silent, the assistant steps inAfter a handoff, if nobody on the team replies within 5, 10, 20 or 30 minutes, the assistant answers politely, knowing the team has the request. While the team is talking, the bot stays silent.
- A three-line note for your teamThe AI writes a note on each customer's record: what they want, what is known, what is still open. It is written when the chat goes to your team, and with a cloud AI every 6 turns too. Writing it never delays a customer's reply.
- Handoff after hoursWhen a chat is handed over after hours, the after-hours message with the next opening time and your contact buttons go with the reply.
- No AI? Still nobody is left unansweredIf the AI is not set up, cannot be reached, or this computer's model is not good enough to reply, the customer hears at once that the message arrived and the team will answer, and a ticket opens.
- Built-in AI, free and offlineThe AI engine installs with the app: no separate install, subscription or internet. Every file is checked against its recorded fingerprint before it runs, and a file that does not match is never run.
- Engine settings in your handsOn the System page choose whether the engine runs on the processor or the graphics card, how many processor cores it uses and how much of the chat it keeps in memory, start or stop it, and check any model file against its recorded fingerprint.
- Four model sizesFrom very small to large, each for a level of computer; the smaller ones come with the app and the largest downloads with one press.
- The right model chosen for your PCThe app measures memory, processor and graphics card, picks the right model and times a test write; if it is slow it steps one model down. If the hardware changes, it chooses again.
- Live speed check and model adviceThe writing speed of real replies is measured. After 5 replies a smaller model is suggested if it is slow, a bigger one if it is very fast, and the top one on a strong computer; nothing changes until you press.
- Ollama supportInstead of the built-in engine you can choose Ollama and any model installed in it. If the built-in engine fails and Ollama has the model, the reply comes from Ollama.
- Claude, ChatGPT and GeminiConnect a cloud service with your own key; the key is tested with a real request, your account's models are listed with one recommended, and errors are explained plainly (invalid key, no credit).
- Step-by-step help to get a keyFor Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini the panel shows where to sign up, add credit and create a key, with a link to that page, and warns at once when a pasted key has the wrong form.
- Local model steps in when the cloud failsWhen credit runs out, the key stops working or the internet is down, the same message is answered by this computer's model and the panel shows why.
- Monthly cost cap for cloud AISet a monthly cap in US dollars; when reached, replies use the local model until the month ends. Without a monthly cap, a daily cap stops a surprise bill from a flood of messages.
- Alerts at 80% and 100% of the capAt 80% of the cap and when it is reached, you are told once a day in the panel bell and on Telegram.
- Costs always visibleThis month's cost with a progress bar, today's cost, the cost of each reply and an estimated cost per 1,000 messages for each service are shown.
- Lower cloud cost through cachingThe fixed part of the instructions and business information is sent apart from each person's part so the cloud service keeps it; for Claude up to one hour.
- Each task only with a model that can do itFor each AI task the smallest model that does it right was measured. With a weaker model the task is not done and work goes on without AI: never a wrong note, translation or reply.
- What this computer can do, explainedA plain-language page says what the app does on this computer, what it does not and exactly why (memory, graphics card, processor, disk), and which upgrade turns on which task.
- Works on a weak computer tooOn a computer too weak for a reply model, menus, buttons, forms, ready answers and flows work and other chats go straight to your team, never a long wait.
- Faster replies on an ordinary PCEach language's instructions are read once and saved to disk, long history is trimmed to the model's room, the model is kept warm, and background notes never hold up a customer's reply.
- Engine test and model comparisonAt one press the most common customer question is asked in Persian, Arabic and English with your real business information, and you see whether the reply would be sent and, if not, what the customer would get instead. The model contest on real trade questions (right answer, confident wrong, nothing made up, right language, time) is shown too.
Voice, pictures and language 71
- Customer voice notes become textA customer's voice note is turned into text on this computer, offline, and answered like a written message: from the answer bank, the flows or the AI.
- Persian, Arabic and EnglishThe language of a voice note is taken from the customer's earlier messages or detected. When the detection is unsure, or another language is heard, the business's main language is used.
- Unclear audio is never guessedIf a voice note is not clear, the customer is asked in their own language to send it again or type it, and what was heard is noted on the customer's file for the team.
- Long voice notes read in fullA long voice note is cut at the speaker's pauses into pieces of about 20 seconds, each read on its own, so no sentence is lost.
- Your brand and product names spelled rightYour brand, service names and catalogue product names are given to the reader as hints, so they are written the way your business writes them.
- All common voice formatsWhatsApp and Telegram voice notes, Instagram voice notes and the usual audio files are all read.
- Voice note text in the inboxThe inbox shows that a voice note is being read, then its text with the note's length; the text is also in search and in the conversation history.
- Speech model fitted to your computerThe app picks the speech model by your computer's power, and the owner can change it. Only the accurate model reads customers' notes; on a weak computer a voice note gets the 'file received' reply and goes to the team.
- Try it with a sample voice noteOn the System page, try a sample voice note in each language: you see what was heard, what was really said and how long it took.
- No voice note is lostVoice notes are read apart from the rest of the work, so other customers do not wait, and notes left half-read by a restart are read again.
- A daily limit per personUp to 15 minutes of each person's voice notes are read per day, so one person cannot tie up the computer; beyond that the usual 'file received' reply goes.
- Customer audio handled safelyA customer's audio file is read on its own only, with no network or other file access and with a time limit.
- Shorter answers for voice sendersWhen a customer sends a voice note, the AI keeps its answer shorter, and the customer's file gets a 'Sends voice notes' tag the team can sort and group by.
- Try voice notes in the simulatorIn the simulator, record a voice note with your microphone or send an audio file and see how it is read and answered, with no real customer involved.
- Replies in your own voiceWhen switched on, the bot's reply goes as a voice note in a voice made from the owner's own. The full reply text stays in the panel.
- Voice for voiceYou can answer with voice only the customers whose last message was a voice note, while everyone else gets text.
- Natural spoken styleBefore the voice is made, the reply is rewritten in spoken style: colloquial Persian, spoken Gulf Arabic, casual English; prices, numbers, times and product names stay locked.
- Numbers spoken by fixed rulesEvery number, price, time, date, phone number and percentage is written out in words by the app's fixed rules, not by the AI, in everyday forms.
- A second judge of the rewriteWith a cloud AI connected, a separate check asks whether the meaning is the same; if not, the reply's original words are spoken.
- Only colloquial voice notesIf the colloquial rewrite is refused, the reply can go as text instead of reading out the formal words.
- Free local voice engineThe voice is made on this computer and no data leaves it, in all three languages. The model file is downloaded only when you press the button and is checked before use.
- Light local voice engineA lighter local engine for Arabic and English that works with 8 GB of RAM; it is tried automatically after your chosen engines when it speaks the reply's language.
- ElevenLabs with your own keyYour voice is made with your own ElevenLabs account. A 30-second reply costs about 3–4 cents and counts against your AI budget.
- Gemini with your own paid keyYour voice is made with your own paid Gemini key. A 30-second reply costs under one cent. One more short recording is needed: Google's consent sentence in English or Arabic.
- A fallback order of enginesIf the main engine fails, the other engines are tried in the order you set, and in the end the same reply goes as text.
- The right format for each channelOn WhatsApp and Telegram a real voice message with a play button goes out, on Instagram an audio file. The voice note is kept under WhatsApp's size limit.
- On or off per channelSwitch voice replies on or off separately for Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram.
- A written line under every voice noteUnder every voice note comes one written line saying the voice was made with AI from your voice; you set the name in it. The reply's buttons come with this line.
- Shows 'sending a voice'While the voice is being made, Telegram shows the customer a 'sending a voice' status and Instagram shows typing.
- Repeated replies go at onceReplies the bot has sent word for word again and again are made and checked ahead in idle time, so next time they go out at once.
- Customers can ask for textIf a customer writes 'text please', «متن بفرست» or «نص فقط», they get text from then on; asking for voice again brings voice back.
- Voice reply statisticsSee how many voice notes went out in the last 30 days, how many replies went as text instead and why, and the cloud cost.
- This computer's measured speedBeside the time limit you see roughly how long a 10-second voice note takes to make on this computer.
- Every voice is checked before it goesThe made voice is turned back into text and compared with the reply: every number in order, every 'not', and any extra sentences. If anything differs, it is made once more, otherwise the same reply goes as text.
- Replies that never go as voiceSensitive replies always go as text, so the customer can read them exactly and keep them.
- A time limit for the voiceIf the voice is not ready within the time you set, the same reply goes as text, and a late voice is never sent after the text.
- The customer always gets an answerWhatever goes wrong in making or sending the voice, the same reply is sent as text.
- Respects the 24-hour windowA voice reply is made only when at least 10 minutes are left in the messenger's 24-hour reply window.
- The app is never closed for memoryThe local engine starts only with enough free memory and stops at once if memory runs low; that reply goes as text.
- Cloud cost inside your AI budgetThe cost of cloud voice engines counts in the monthly and daily AI budget; when it is spent, the local engine or a text reply takes over.
- Consent first, then recordingBefore any recording is kept, the owner confirms the voice is their own and agrees to its use; the time, language and engine of that consent are recorded.
- A 25–30 second live recordingThe owner reads the shown text into their microphone in the panel; a level meter and seconds are shown, and poor recordings get a warning.
- The recording's text is checkedWhat is heard in the recording is compared with the shown text; if they differ a lot, the owner corrects the text to what was really said or records again.
- Your voice stays encryptedThe recording and its text are kept encrypted on this computer and opened only for the moment a voice is made.
- Listen and approve before it startsThree short samples in your voice are made and checked, including a number and a time; no reply goes as voice until you approve them.
- Delete your voice in one clickThe recording, its text, the samples, the ready voice notes and the copies made at cloud services are all deleted, and voice replies switch off.
- For the owner onlyVoice reply settings and the owner's voice are open to the owner only; staff cannot even view them.
- Clear notes on cloud servicesBefore a cloud engine is first used, the service's data notice and country rules are shown and the owner confirms reading them.
- A library of your business filesUpload your price list, intro video, PDF, voice note and photos once; flows, automations, the inbox and the AI send them to customers.
- Sent on all three channelsLibrary files are sent on Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram. On Instagram, after the first send the file stays ready for fast sending.
- The AI sends the right fileThe AI knows what each file shows from its title and labels, and sends exactly the file the customer asked for.
- Photos described automaticallyEvery library photo without labels is looked at by the picture AI: a description in Persian, Arabic and English, a few labels, and the text written on the photo.
- Your own labels are keptThe owner can edit any file's description and labels; the owner's labels are never replaced by the AI's, and when a file is replaced its old AI labels are cleared.
- Photos seen on this computerPhotos are seen by a built-in picture model on this computer, or by the cloud AI or an Ollama model that can see. The picture engine runs only while working and stops after a few idle minutes.
- A photo found for each productFor a product without a photo, the smart setup suggests a library photo whose labels and description name that product. Photos you set yourself are never replaced.
- Simple file managementPreview photos, videos, audio and PDFs, rename, copy the key, delete, and replace a file while keeping its key; each file shows how many times it was sent.
- Library kept apart from customer filesLibrary files are made available to the messenger through an unguessable link for sending; customers' personal files never go into the library and are never public.
- One library for every sectionCatalogue product photos, listing photos, reservation and rental photos, exercise videos and industry pack files are all picked from this library, and a new file can be uploaded right from that page.
- Answers in the customer's own languageEach customer's language is detected from their messages and kept on their file; replies, reminders and scheduled messages go in that language.
- Understands Finglish and ArabiziPersian typed in Latin letters is recognised as Persian, and Arabic typed in Latin letters and digits as Arabic; the answer goes in the right language.
- Tells Persian from ArabicPersian and Arabic share one script; they are told apart by letters only one of them uses, frequent words and the kind of digits.
- One short word never switches languageShort messages like 'ok', «ممنون» or an emoji never change a customer's language; a switch needs a confident detection.
- Your texts translated automaticallyA text you wrote in one language only, such as a service name, the welcome or a flow message, is translated into the customer's language just before it goes; button titles too.
- No doubtful translation is sentIf a number, price or link goes missing or changes in a translation, its length looks wrong, or it is not in the right language, the original text is sent.
- Translations in a chat toneTranslations are written in a warm chat tone: Persian with the polite «شما», Gulf Arabic, casual English; emojis are kept and service names are translated.
- Choose your business languagesSet which of the three languages your business answers in and which one is the default; the brand name can be written separately in each language.
- Warning for a missing languageThe health check before publishing shows which saved message, form or flow has no text in one of your business languages, so you can fill it in before a customer sees it.
- Your words and address per languageYour business address and your own words, such as the staff title and what you call a customer, an offering, a booking and an order, are set per language, and the bot uses those words.
- Panel in Persian, Arabic and EnglishThe whole admin panel is in three languages, right-to-left for Persian and Arabic; the panel language is picked at the first setup step and can be changed later.
- Bot messages ready in three languagesThe bot's ready messages, customer pages and forms come in three languages; a text not yet written in Arabic is shown to an Arabic reader in English first, not in Persian.
- Digits and dates the local wayPersian shows Persian digits and the Persian (Jalali) calendar; Arabic and English use the digits common in the Gulf; the Umm al-Qura Hijri calendar is supported too.
Flows and automation 115
- A flow from one sentenceWrite what the flow should do, e.g. «send the size chart to anyone who asks about sizes»; the AI builds a complete draft with a start, messages, questions, tags and a hand-over, and checks it. It reaches no customer until you publish it.
- Ready-made flows galleryMore than 1,300 ready flows in one searchable list: 40 general flows plus the flows of 217 trades. Filter by goal, app and trade.
- Try before you addTry any gallery flow on a test customer before adding it: you write like a customer and see the replies. Nothing is created or sent.
- Use now in one click«Use now» publishes the flow at once when it has no error; if something is missing it is added as a draft for you to finish. «Add & edit» makes your own copy.
- 40 general flows for any businessReady flows for common jobs, every text in Persian, Arabic and English: from welcome and prices to booking, returns, surveys and win-back.
- Built-in menus you can editThe main menu, prices, form, talk to the team and contact screens are flows in your list: add steps before or after them, rename the button or switch them off.
- Design chats on a canvasDraw the automated chat step by step on a canvas: add steps and connect them with lines; every button and every option has its own path.
- Message preview on each stepEach step shows its message as a chat bubble; switch the preview language between Persian, Arabic and English, and a language not written yet is marked.
- List view for phonesThe same flow as a tidy list: starts first, then each path under its step. It is the default on phones, and steps nothing reaches are listed at the end.
- Autosave and undoEvery change is saved to the draft automatically, with a backup copy in the browser; undo and redo work on every change. If the flow changes elsewhere, you are told.
- Copy, paste and duplicate stepsCopy or cut several steps at once and paste them into the same flow or another one; quick duplicate too.
- Switch a step off for a whileSwitch a step off without deleting it; when the flow runs it is skipped and the flow goes on along its «next» path.
- Insert a step mid-pathRight-click any line to put a new step in the middle of it or remove it; each step's menu offers open, test from here, duplicate, switch off and frame.
- Notes and group framesPut notes on the canvas and gather related steps in a named frame, so big flows stay readable.
- One-click tidy-upOne command lays the steps out column by column without overlaps; the flow runs right-to-left or left-to-right.
- Search and keyboard shortcutsSearch the steps of a flow and work with shortcuts: add a step, connect, group, note, save, undo and a shortcut list.
- A settings form for every stepSelect a step and edit it in the side panel: a tab per language, a character counter against Instagram's limit, and variables inserted with one click.
- Every text in three languagesEvery flow message is written in Persian, Arabic and English and each customer gets their own language; a missing language falls back to the business language.
- Variables and the customer's name in textsPut the customer's name, profile fields, answers from this flow and your business details inside texts; the flow's own variables are declared with a type and a label.
- One flow for Instagram, WhatsApp and TelegramBuild once and run it on all three apps; each message goes out in that app's own form. You choose per flow which apps it runs on.
- What happens on an errorChoose per flow what happens when a step fails: hand over to the team (default), end, or go to a chosen step. A step can also have its own «error» path.
- Live checks while you buildThe flow is checked as you build: empty text, missing language, broken line, endless loop, 24-hour window risk, each app's limits and steps nothing reaches. Click an issue to jump to the step.
- Flow list with searchAll flows on one page with status, version, apps, last edit, step count and runs; search in Persian, Arabic or English (typos and Finglish too) and filter published or draft.
- No silent dead flowsEach flow shows what starts it; a flow nothing starts is marked «not connected». Deleting a flow that an automation or another flow uses shows the list first.
- Start on words or intents in DMsThe flow starts when the customer's message matches your words; smart (typos, Finglish, synonyms) or exact, anywhere, at the start or the whole message, with exception words.
- Start on what the customer meansInstead of listing every word, pick an intent: «price» catches every way of asking the price in Persian, Arabic or English.
- From a post comment to a DMWhen someone writes your word under a post, a random public reply goes under the comment and a private message with a button goes to them; the tap starts the flow in DMs.
- Start on a story replyThe flow starts when someone replies to your story; any story or chosen stories, with or without words.
- Start on a story mentionWhen someone mentions you in their story, the flow starts, e.g. to thank them or send a discount code.
- Menu button, ice breaker, Telegram commandA persistent Instagram menu button, a conversation-starter question or a Telegram command starts the flow. Menus update by themselves when you publish, pause or delete it.
- Entry linksMake a link that starts the flow when opened: for your bio, an ad or your website. You know which link the customer came from.
- Entry link with a QR codeFor a link automation you copy the ready Instagram link, the same code also works as your Telegram bot's start link, and you get a QR code you can save for print.
- Start from a click-to-message adA message that comes from a click-to-message ad gets its own flow; for every ad or chosen ads.
- Welcome a new customerA new person's first message starts the welcome flow, but only when it is just a greeting; if they asked something straight away, their question is answered first.
- Default replyWhen no other flow or automation answered, this flow answers, before the AI.
- Scheduled flowsEvery day or on chosen weekdays at a set time, the flow starts for the people who match your audience; before publishing you see the exact number of recipients and confirm.
- Start on an eventWhen something happens to a customer the flow starts by itself, e.g. a thank-you after a confirmed payment or a follow-up after a form. With an extra condition.
- Start from another flow or automationAn entry point other flows, automations, buttons and the test panel use to call this flow.
- Priority between startsIf one message matches two flows, the higher priority wins, then the better match.
- Per-person repeat controlFor each start, choose whether the flow runs every time, only once, or with a cooldown per person.
- Only for the right peopleGive a start a condition, e.g. only new customers, only people with a certain tag, or only at one sales stage.
- Different starts per appEach start can work on only some apps, e.g. one word only on Telegram and the same flow with another word on Instagram.
- Text messages with variationsA text message with the customer's name and variables; write several variations and one is picked at random each time. Long text is split automatically on Telegram and WhatsApp.
- Buttons with their own pathsEvery reply button has its own path; there are also link buttons and buttons that open a ready block and keep working days later.
- Quick repliesShort options under the message that the customer picks with one tap; each option has its own path and can save the answer.
- List menusA drop-down list with a title and description per row on WhatsApp; it becomes buttons on Instagram and a keyboard on Telegram.
- Card carouselsSeveral cards with an image, title, subtitle and buttons side by side, for showing products or services. Every button on every card has its own path.
- Images, video, audio and filesSend a file from the media library or a secure link, with a caption; if the file is missing, the team is told so they can send it by hand.
- Typing indicatorShow the typing indicator and a short pause before a message so the chat feels natural.
- Approved WhatsApp templatesSend an approved WhatsApp template with your own values, even after the 24-hour window has closed. Other apps get the fallback text.
- 24-hour window handled for youInstagram and WhatsApp allow free messages only within 24 hours of the customer's last message; for each message choose what happens outside it: skip, another path, or a WhatsApp template.
- Send any ready blockSend anything you built once inside a flow: the menu, a form, a saved message, a service with its price, a Q&A, a file or another flow.
- Send a form linkSend a link to one of your forms with a text and a button; things already known are not asked again.
- Questions that check the answerThe flow asks, checks the answer by its type, re-asks with your own message if it is wrong, and saves it to the customer's profile or a flow variable. If the answer is already known, it does not ask.
- Ready question stepsCommon questions are added with one click and save the answer to the right field.
- A path per answerIn choice, yes/no, consent and 1-to-5 rating questions, each answer can take its own path.
- Multiple choice without message spamOn Telegram one message updates its ticks in place; on Instagram and WhatsApp the customer types the numbers or ticks everything on one small page. At the end, one summary line.
- Customers never get stuckIf the customer asks something else in the middle of a question, or types an automation's word, that is answered and the flow does not insist.
- AI understands free answersWhen you switch it on, answers like «tomorrow evening» or «the red one» become the right value and are checked again by the question's rules; it never invents an option.
- Dates in the customer's calendarDate hints follow the person: the Persian calendar for Persian speakers, Hijri for Arabic speakers when the business uses it, otherwise Gregorian, in their own digits.
- Conditions and branchesChange the path by what you know about the customer: field, tag, stage, payment, order or booking status, message intent, time, channel and language; with and, or, not.
- A/B splitSplit customers at random with your own weights between several paths to see which wording works better; each person always gets the same path.
- Business-hours branchOne path for business hours and one for outside them, based on your settings.
- 24-hour window checkBefore a message, check whether free messages are still allowed, and build two paths.
- A path per appOne step that sends Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram customers down separate paths.
- Go to another stepJump to another step of the same flow, to repeat a part without extra lines. A loop without a wait is flagged as an error.
- Jump to another flow and backStart another flow with variables, even from a step in the middle; if you want, it comes back here when it ends. Reuse small flows like building blocks.
- Explicit endAn end step with a reason, so paths finish clearly.
- Timed delaysWait from seconds to days, then continue; you can make it continue only in business hours. If the 24-hour window has closed, it takes a separate path.
- Wait for a replyThe flow waits until the customer writes anything and saves the message; with no reply in time, it takes another path.
- Wait for a payment or a formThe flow waits until something happens, such as a confirmed payment or a submitted form, then continues; with a timeout path.
- Automatic follow-upsIf the customer does not reply, follow-up messages go out in order at your chosen intervals and stop at the first reply.
- Tag customersAdd or remove tags at any step; a new tag is created automatically.
- Move the sales stageMove the customer to the next sales stage, even backwards if needed. That can itself start another flow.
- Set fields and variablesSet a customer field or a flow variable, append to it, increase a number or clear it.
- Notify the teamAn internal note for the team with a priority; it goes on the case and in the ticket queue and never reaches the customer.
- Follow-up task for a colleagueCreate a task with a due time for this customer's owner: call, message, meeting, payment or to-do; it shows in Tasks and the team's alerts.
- Open a ticketOpen a ticket for the team with a subject, summary, category and priority; one active ticket per person.
- Trade steps from your modulesEvery module you switch on adds its own steps to flows, such as booking a slot, creating an order, finding the product, sending a quote or creating a shipment. Some wait for the result.
- AI with a missionThe AI talks with the customer for a few turns with the mission you write, only from your business information and without inventing prices; if the customer wants a person, it hands over.
- AI for the next messagesThe AI answers this message and the person's next few messages with your mission, and the flow does not wait; an opening message is optional.
- Smart message sortingThe customer's message is put into one of your labels, each with its own path: first by words and intents, then by the AI; when unsure, it goes to «otherwise».
- Several answers from one messageFrom a message like «size 42, black, for Saturday, to Shiraz», size, colour, date and city are filled at once; later questions are skipped and forms come pre-filled.
- Chat summary for the teamThe chat is summed up in a few lines for colleagues: what the customer wants, what is known, what is left; it stays on the case and is never sent to the customer.
- Hand over to the teamThe bot goes quiet, a ticket opens for the team with a reason and a priority, and the customer gets your message; outside business hours a line about when to expect an answer is added.
- Quick keyword automationsWithout building a flow, set an answer for a word in DMs or comments: a message with an image or file and up to 3 buttons, a flow or ready section, or the AI with a mission.
- Comment automationsFor chosen posts, the next post you publish, or all posts: a public reply, a private message with a button, then the main answer.
- Comments found even without advanced accessComments on your last 5 posts are checked every 2 minutes by default, so comment automations work with standard Instagram access too. Comments older than the app's start are not answered.
- Comments pageSee every comment: which automation answered and on which word, whether the public reply and the private message went out, and whether the button was tapped.
- DM, story and link automationsA DM automation can listen to normal messages, story replies, story mentions and entry links; on chosen apps and for new or existing customers.
- Pick posts and stories by picturePick posts and active stories from their thumbnails, or choose «next post» or «next story» and the automation links itself to the first one you publish.
- Dates, priority and frequencyGive each automation a start and end date, a priority, and whether it runs every time, once, or with a cooldown per person.
- Live phone previewWhile you build an automation, a sample phone shows the comment, public reply, private message and main answer step by step, and you see at once whether a sample sentence matches.
- Duplicate, pause, deleteCopy any automation in one click (the copy starts switched off), pause it, or delete it after a second confirmation; the number of live automations shows in the menu.
- Overlap warningsWhen saving you see which other automations answer the same words and which one wins.
- Test a messageType a message or comment and see exactly which automation answers, with the cleaned-up text it compared and why each one matched or not.
- Automation stats and funnelFor each automation: matches today, delivered replies, button clicks and click rate, people reached, and how many filled a form or paid within 30 days.
- Match logFor every message and comment you see why it got an answer or not: which word, how it matched, or which exception blocked it.
- Ready AI missionsFor AI answers there are ready missions: collect details, answer price questions, sell a package, existing client; modules add missions for their trade.
- Turn an automation into a flowOne click turns an automation's answer into a flow you extend on the canvas with questions, forms, conditions or AI; the automation keeps starting it with all its settings.
- No customer left unansweredIf an automation's flow cannot run (deleted, paused or not on this app), the customer gets the usual answer and the team gets a ticket.
- Every starter in one listOn the automations page, your flows' starters sit next to the automations and can be switched on and off right there.
- Saved messagesA text you write once in your business languages, with a file and up to 3 buttons, and use everywhere: in flows, buttons, automations and menus. It cannot be deleted while something uses it.
- One picker for every blockWherever a button or step opens something, you pick it from one searchable picker: ready sections, flows, forms, saved messages, services and prices, Q&A and files.
- Test a flow before publishingRun the flow on a test customer exactly as it runs for real customers, in the app and language you choose; tap the buttons, see the steps and variables, and the path lights up on the canvas. Nothing reaches a customer and payments are simulated.
- Draft and publish kept apartChanges stay in the draft until you publish, and customers get the published version; each flow's status is clear: draft, published, unpublished changes or off.
- Versions, compare and restoreEvery publish is kept as a version with a note; view any version, compare it with the draft (added, changed and removed steps coloured on the canvas) and restore it to the draft.
- Duplicate, pause, deleteMake a second copy of any flow, switch it off for a while or delete it; switching it off removes its button from the menus.
- Publishing with confirmation and testsBefore a scheduled flow is published you see how many people it reaches and who is left out for lack of consent; the flow's saved test scenarios run again and a failure stops the publish unless you confirm.
- Marketing consent respectedMark each flow as marketing or transactional; marketing never reaches people who said stop or withdrew consent, and where the country needs an opt-in, only people who gave one.
- Stats for every flowIn the flow list each flow shows how many times it ran, how many are in progress, finished or failed, and how many messages were not sent because the 24-hour window had closed.
- Replay real conversations on the canvasOpen any real run of the flow: the path the customer took, the step where they stopped or it failed, and the messages side by side; step through it back and forth.
- Flow history on the customer's recordEach flow's start, finish, hand-over and error stop, plus the notes and summaries it writes for the team, are recorded on that customer's record.
- Step heat mapEach step shows how many people reached it in the latest runs, so you can see where customers drop out.
- Reliable runsA duplicate message or event never runs twice, missed timed waits are re-checked every 5 minutes, and every step is recorded in the run history.
Forms and fields 85
- Your own form builderBuild your own forms from sections and library fields, reorder questions and mark each one required or optional.
- Questions that appear on conditionAny question can appear only when another answer matches your rule; conditions chain, and both the page and the server apply them.
- Sections with their own titlesGroup questions into titled sections; in step layout each section is a page, and a page whose questions are all hidden is skipped.
- A purpose for each formMark each form as customer intake, general, screening or consent.
- Draft, publish, archiveA form reaches customers only once published; a published form is archived, never deleted, keeps its earlier answers and can be restored.
- Every publish is a versionEach publish creates a new version; every answer is always shown with the version it was given in, so editing a form never breaks older answers.
- Duplicate any formMake an editable copy of your own form or of a built-in form and start from there.
- Ready-made formsA ready contact form (name, number, city, message) is always there, and add-on modules bring their own, such as a fitness assessment with body photos.
- Choose your intake formPick which published form is your intake form, the one the menu's form button and form links send. Go back to the default or use none.
- Your own texts on each formWrite each form's intro, submit-button text, thank-you message and photo guide yourself, in three languages.
- One form, three languagesTitle, sections, questions and options are written in Persian, Arabic and English; each customer sees the form in their language, and answers are stored language-neutral.
- Real preview before publishingTry the form, even before saving, exactly as customers see it, at phone size and in any of the three languages; nothing is stored.
- Form list with countsThe form list shows each form's status, version, number of questions and number of submissions.
- 26 question typesFrom plain text to amounts, measurements, addresses, ID numbers, signatures and formulas; each type checks and tidies its own answers.
- Short and long textSet minimum and maximum length and, if needed, an exact pattern (such as a tax number).
- Numbers with a unitMinimum, maximum, step, whole numbers only and a shown unit; «70 kilo» is accepted as a number.
- Amounts with currencyUnderstands amounts however they are typed, like «15 million and 500 thousand» or «1.5m AED», and stores them with the right currency and decimals.
- Budget rangeTakes a budget as «from … to …», like «5 to 10 million», and checks the low end is not above the high end.
- Measurements with unitsOne to three dimensions (such as length × width × height) in allowed units; another unit typed by the customer is converted automatically.
- Single choiceOptions show as buttons or a drop-down (over 6 options), with an optional «Other» and its own text.
- Multiple choiceMinimum and maximum number of picks and an «Other» option; a «None» option cannot be combined with others.
- Yes / noTwo simple buttons; words like «آره», «نعم», «لا» or «yes» are understood too.
- Star ratingA rating from one up to the maximum you choose (5 stars by default).
- Phone numbers of every countryNumbers start with your country code, are length-checked and stored in international format; you can change the field's country or accept mobiles only.
- Email and linksEmails are checked and stored consistently; unsafe or broken links are refused, and a link typed without «https» is completed.
- Dates in Persian, Gregorian or Hijri calendarThe date picker opens in your business calendar; you can block past dates and closed weekdays and require a minimum number of days ahead.
- TimeSet the earliest and latest time and the minute step; inputs like «10 at night» are understood correctly.
- Date and time togetherA full date and time with «not in the past» and «at least N hours ahead» rules.
- Date rangeStart and end dates with minimum and maximum nights or days; suited to stays and rentals.
- Photos and documentsCustomers send photos and PDFs from camera or gallery; you set count, size and type, and photos are shrunk on the phone with location data removed before upload.
- Location pinCustomers share their current location with one tap or paste a map link, and the coordinates are taken from it.
- Addresses shaped for each countryAddress parts change by country, e.g. Makani number in Dubai, the national short address in Saudi Arabia, blocks in Kuwait and Bahrain, and each part is checked.
- ID numbers with validity checksNational IDs of the region and passports are checked with their check digit or official pattern, and the document kind is guessed from the number.
- Consent with a text versionThe consent text sits above the tick box; acceptance or refusal is recorded with the text version, date and channel.
- Typed-name signatureThe customer types their full name and confirms; the time is recorded, and it can be required to match the name given in the form.
- Repeating groupsA set of questions the customer repeats as often as needed, such as companions or children; each row takes any question type.
- Computed fieldsA formula over other answers, shown live on the page, such as a total or an area; the server recalculates it and never trusts a value sent by the page.
- Persian, Arabic or Western digitsWhatever keyboard the customer uses is accepted and stored consistently; numbers are shown back in the reader's digits.
- Three calendars in one formDates are accepted and shown in Persian, Gregorian or Hijri (Umm al-Qura), and a day that does not exist is refused.
- Regional currencies understoodThe currency written next to an amount is recognised; «rial» or «dinar» is read according to your country.
- Clear error messages in the customer's languageEach error says exactly what is wrong, with the number, unit, date and a correct example in the customer's language and digits.
- Every answer checked again on the serverEvery answer is checked again on the server with the same rules when sent, so tampering with the page cannot store a wrong answer.
- Your brand coloursPick one of 8 ready colour sets or give your own colour and a second accent; very pale colours are darkened automatically so text stays readable.
- Your logo on the formChoose the logo from your image library, or remove it on a particular form.
- Corner styleRound, soft or square corners for cards and buttons.
- Three page layoutsStep by step (a section per page), one question per page like a chat, or the whole form on one page for short forms.
- Automatic dark modeIf the customer's phone is in dark mode, the form follows, in your brand colour.
- Business default or a look per formSet one look for every form, built-in ones included, and give any form its own; a colour change needs no new version.
- Form links that expireA link unused for a number of days expires; the customer sees a friendly page with a back-to-chat button and the chat hands out a new link. A submitted form never expires.
- Send forms right in the chatThe chat menu's form button, the «Send a form» step in flows and saved messages send each customer a personal link on Instagram, WhatsApp or Telegram.
- Native WhatsApp formsA form you built can become a native WhatsApp form: it opens inside WhatsApp without a browser, one screen per section, and answers come back verified by Meta and are checked and stored like the web page.
- Forms inside TelegramIn Telegram the form opens inside Telegram itself, and Telegram's signature is checked so the answers are known to come from that account; nothing to set up.
- Known answers are not asked againAnswers already in the customer's record, such as name and number, are filled in, and the customer only edits them if needed.
- Autosave and resumeEverything the customer types is saved automatically, and reopening the link continues from the same step.
- Reminders for unfinished formsIf the customer has not filled the form or replied, up to two reminders with the form link go out inside the 24-hour window.
- Sent, opened, started, submittedThe customer's record shows when the link was sent, opened and submitted; a chat app's link preview does not count as opened.
- Back to the chat after submittingThe final page shows your thank-you message and a button back to the channel the customer came from.
- Same field rules for questions asked in chatWhen a flow asks these fields inside the chat, answers are checked with the same rules and saved to the same record, and sensitive answers are masked in the chat.
- Customer just types «form»If a customer types «form», «نموذج» or «فرم» in the chat, or uses the form command in Telegram, the intake form's intro and link are sent.
- Pick a package, then the formWhen a customer picks a package from the price cards, the form link is sent; if the form is already in, only payment is left.
- Weak connection, answers keptIf the customer's connection drops, the answers stay on the page with a «try again» message, and a failed upload can be sent again.
- Confirmation in the chatAfter submitting, a confirmation with the customer's name plus contact and menu buttons is sent in the chat.
- An automatic next stepRight after the confirmation, whatever you chose is sent: a flow such as booking a time, a saved message or a menu section.
- Customer stage moves by itselfThe customer moves forward automatically when the link is sent, the form is started and completed, and you can set a stage per form after submit.
- Automatic tagsThe «form completed» tag plus up to 20 tags of your own per form are added to the customer.
- Lead score and source updatedSubmitting a form recalculates the customer's score and records the form as their source.
- Contact profile filled for youAnswers set to save to the contact profile go there and are not asked again next time.
- Every submission keptEach new submission is a new version and the previous one is kept; the customer's record shows the latest and the history.
- Start flows when a form is submittedA submitted form can start your flows or automations, and add-on modules receive the answers too.
- Photos can follow laterOn forms with photo slots the customer can send photos later from a separate page; a «photos pending» tag stays until complete, with two reminders.
- Body photos checked for youIn the assessment form each angle has its own photo slot; a photo sent before or used for another angle is refused, and a new photo replaces the old one.
- A library of 30 ready fieldsCommon fields come ready with three-language text and the right rules; you just add them to a form.
- Create your own fieldsCreate any field you need with its type, three-language label and help, options and rules, and reuse it in every form.
- Edit ready fields, keep your changesChange labels, options and rules of ready, module and trade-pack fields; later updates never overwrite your changes.
- Turn fields on or offSwitch off fields you do not need; core fields are never deleted and earlier answers stay.
- Where each answer is savedDecide for each field whether its answer belongs to the contact profile or to this request only.
- Search fields, see where they are usedSearch field names in any language and see each field's source and which forms use it.
- Fields from trade packs and modulesYour trade pack and enabled modules add their own fields to the same library.
- Sensitive answers protectedSensitive fields (medical, documents, ID numbers) are stored encrypted, shown in the panel only, never given to the AI and left out of spreadsheet exports.
- A record of every consentEvery consent or refusal is recorded with the text version, date, channel and submission; marketing and photo-use consent are also marked on the customer's record.
- Separate consent for body photosOn body-photo forms no photo is accepted without explicit, never pre-ticked consent, and marketing use is asked separately.
- Protection against bots and double submitsA hidden box quietly drops bots, each link has a per-minute limit, and a form is never recorded twice.
- Private links hidden from searchForm pages are not indexed by search engines, their address is not passed to other sites, and only Telegram may open them inside itself.
- No outside downloadsFonts and files of the form page come from your own server; the page depends on no other site.
- Every answer stored encryptedForm answers and unfinished drafts are stored encrypted in the database on your computer, so a copy of the file or disk shows none of them.
Payments and money 77
- Customers pay right in the chatThe customer taps Pay or types “pay”, picks the offering and gets the payment methods as buttons; with only one method it opens straight away.
- The assistant starts the paymentWhen a customer says they want to buy, the assistant opens the same payment step for that offering, so nobody has to hunt for a button.
- Send a payment request from the panelFrom the payments page the team picks a customer and an offering; the same payment message with methods and receipt step goes to their chat.
- Five kinds of payment requestAsk for a full payment, a deposit, the balance, an instalment or a custom amount; the amount and the kind are shown in the message and on the pay page.
- Request any amount with your own titleWithout any offering set up, type an amount and a title; the request reaches the customer with “open the pay page” and “pay in the chat” buttons.
- Pay for bookings, orders and servicesRequests are not only for offerings: a booking's deposit or an order's amount is paid the same way, and each customer only sees their own.
- Only the methods that fit are shownMethods are filtered by currency, the business country, the amount and buy-now-pay-later rules; a gateway that does not take the currency never appears.
- A pay page for every requestEach request has a mobile page in three languages: amount and kind, the methods that fit, card or IBAN with a copy button, receipt upload and the online gateway.
- A safe online payment linkA private link opens a “pay now” page and then the gateway; a link preview never starts a payment, and after paying there is a button back to the chat.
- Payment steps in the flow builderFlows can send a payment request, wait until it is paid, send the invoice and record a refund request; conditions read the balance due, payment status and overdue instalments.
- No method? The team is toldIf no payment method fits the amount and currency, the customer is told politely and the team gets a ticket; no half-filled payment details are sent.
- Payment confirmation messageOnce confirmed, the customer gets a message in their language with the offering, the gateway reference and, for subscriptions, start and end dates; Payments+ adds the invoice button and what is left or the next instalment.
- Rejections come with a reasonWhen a receipt is rejected, the reason goes to the customer in their language and the app waits for a new receipt.
- Payers become customers automaticallyConfirming a payment moves the person to the customer stage, tags them with the offering and closes the payment review ticket.
- Open requests at a glanceEvery unpaid payment request in one list; from there open its pay page, send it again, make a pro-forma or cancel it.
- Pay page link to share yourselfIf the 24-hour chat window is closed and the message cannot go out, the request is still created and the panel says so, so you can share the pay page link yourself.
- Changing method or offering closes the old oneIf the customer switches payment method or offering midway, the earlier unfinished payment is closed by itself with the reason in their language, so no one is left with two open payments.
- Iranian gatewaysZarinpal, Zibal and NextPay with Shetab cards; toman prices are sent to the gateway in rials and the payment is confirmed automatically when the customer returns.
- Gulf gatewaysSix gateways for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman with cards, KNET, mada, BENEFIT, OmanNet, Apple Pay and Google Pay; the customer pays on the gateway's page and the app confirms it.
- Buy now, pay later with Tabby and TamaraGulf customers can pay with Tabby (4 payments) or Tamara (3, 4 or 6); it only shows when the amount is within limits, and a declined customer is offered another method.
- International gatewaysStripe for international cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay in every currency except toman and rial, and PayPal for ten major currencies; both confirm automatically.
- Online payments confirm themselvesWhen the customer returns from the gateway, the app asks the gateway itself and confirms only if amount, currency and order reference match; no receipt needed.
- A closed tab doesn't lose the paymentIf the customer closes the page after paying, the app re-checks every 5 minutes for 24 hours, and gateways that send signed notifications confirm at once.
- Connect a gateway with a safe testEnter the gateway keys; the app checks their format, sends a test request that charges nothing and shows “ready” or a clear error.
- Amount and country limits per methodFor each gateway, set its countries, currencies, minimum and maximum amount, display order and button title in three languages.
- National schemes only where they workTap can show all methods or only KNET, mada, BENEFIT or OmanNet; a national scheme is only offered in its own country.
- Methods grouped by regionThe methods page groups gateways into Iran, Gulf, International and manual; your own region comes first and gateways that don't fit are dimmed.
- Every world currencyEach offering has its own currency and amounts are written with the currency name and digits of each language, e.g. “1,500,000 Toman” or “AED 499”.
- Prices in toman, gateways in rialsWrite prices in toman; the app converts them to rials (×10) for Iranian gateways itself; the rial is also supported as its own currency.
- Three-decimal currencies done rightKuwaiti dinar, Bahraini dinar and Omani rial keep their three decimals when sent to gateways and on invoices.
- Card-to-card with a copy buttonYour Iranian card number is validated and the bank is detected from it; the customer sees number, holder and bank and gets the number alone with one tap to copy.
- Bank transfer by IBANIBANs of every IBAN country are checked for length and check digits; Iranian banks are detected automatically, and a SWIFT code is optional.
- Your own payment linkAdd any payment link you already have with your own button title; the app checks it opens, and each offering can have its own link.
- Receipts sent right in the chatAfter the transfer, the customer sends a photo or file of the receipt in the chat; the app links it to the payment, opens a review ticket and tells the customer it arrived.
- Upload the receipt on the pay pageCustomers can upload the receipt as an image or PDF on the pay page and see straight away that it arrived.
- Duplicate receipts are caughtIf the same receipt file was already sent for another payment, even by someone else, it is marked “duplicate receipt” and an urgent ticket opens.
- Typed amount checked against the requestAmounts, times and reference numbers the customer typed around the receipt are compared with the request, showing “amount matches” or “amount differs”. The receipt image itself is not read; you confirm.
- Confirm or reject in one clickSee the receipt next to the amount, correct the amount if needed, then confirm or reject with a reason, from the payments page or right in the inbox conversation.
- Deposits at the percent you chooseDeposits default to 30 % and can be changed per request; after a deposit, the next request asks for the balance by itself.
- Partial payments add upDeposit, balance and instalments of one purchase add up; the confirmation tells the customer what is left, and nothing is asked again once it is all paid.
- Instalment plans with due datesSplit any amount into 2–36 weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments; the last one absorbs rounding, and plans are made from the chat, a flow or the panel.
- Instalment reminders and overdue follow-upA reminder with a “pay now” button goes out days before the due date; if it is still unpaid after the grace period, it turns overdue, the customer is messaged and the team gets an urgent ticket.
- An instalment page for the customerThe customer sees the schedule, what is paid and what is left, and pays the next instalment from the same page.
- Manage plans from the panelFor each plan you can send the next reminder by hand, waive the next instalment or cancel the plan; the overdue count shows next to the menu.
- Reminder for unpaid requestsIf a customer started paying but didn't finish, they get one reminder after some hours with the pay page button, worded by your trade pack.
- Automatic chase of pending paymentsA payment still waiting for money or a receipt is nudged after 3 and 20 hours, then becomes a team task at 24 hours; on WhatsApp, once the 24-hour window has closed, it uses your prepared message template.
- Subscription periods and renewal remindersFor monthly offerings, a payment creates a 1–24 month period and a renewal starts where the current one ends; expiring subscriptions are listed and a renewal reminder goes out in one click.
- Automatic invoice after every paymentEvery confirmed payment gets an invoice whose link is sent in the confirmation; the invoice page is in three languages and printable.
- Six kinds of documentsDepending on country and buyer, the app issues an invoice, tax invoice, simplified tax invoice, pro-forma, credit note or payment receipt.
- Gap-free invoice numbersEach document type has its own gap-free yearly sequence, and you choose each series' prefix.
- VAT for each countryYour country's VAT rate is known and switches on once your tax number is entered; you can turn it on or off, change the rate and treat prices as including or excluding VAT.
- Tax number format checkYour tax registration number is checked against your country's format when saved, so typos never reach an invoice.
- ZATCA QR for Saudi invoicesSimplified tax invoices in Saudi Arabia carry the ZATCA phase-1 QR: seller name, VAT number, time, total and VAT amount.
- The right invoice type by lawSaudi Arabia: full tax invoice for a VAT-registered buyer, simplified otherwise; UAE: full tax invoice above AED 10,000 or for a registered buyer.
- Bilingual invoices for the GulfIn Gulf countries, invoice labels are also written in Arabic next to the other language.
- Pro-forma invoicesMake a pro-forma from any open request, or by hand with several lines, the buyer's company and tax number, and send the link.
- Itemised invoice linesWhen a payment is for a reservation or an order, the invoice lists its lines separately, e.g. nights and extras, or a refundable deposit without VAT.
- Searchable invoice listEvery document with number, type, customer, total and VAT in one list; search by number or name, filter by type, and void any document.
- Full or partial refundsEnter the amount and reason; where the gateway allows it, the money goes back through the gateway, otherwise the refund is recorded and the team gets a ticket. A credit note is issued and the customer is told.
- Track every refundAll refunds with status, gateway reference and errors on one page, marked “refunded” or “failed” by you; a customer's refund request is only recorded for the team.
- A credit note for every refundWhen money is refunded, a credit note for that amount, with its own running number, is linked to the original invoice so your books and VAT stay right.

- A wrong amount is never confirmedIf a gateway reports a payment whose amount or currency doesn't match the request, it is not confirmed, the customer is asked not to pay again and the team gets an urgent ticket.
- Double charges are flaggedIf a customer pays twice from two tabs, the team gets an urgent ticket to refund the extra; with Stripe, other open checkout pages are closed after payment.
- Unsigned gateway notices are refusedNotifications from gateways are accepted only with a valid signature, and even then the payment is checked again with the gateway.
- Unverified gateways stay offA gateway not fully checked against public documentation is off by default and turns on only after a successful test and your explicit agreement.
- No card details in the chatThe app never asks for card details in the chat; online payments happen on the gateway's own page and no card is saved.
- Payment messages are service messagesPayment requests, confirmations and payment reminders count as service messages, not marketing, so they don't depend on marketing consent.
- Respects the messaging windowPayment messages go out only while the chat window is open; a refund notice is held when it is closed and sent with the customer's next message.
- Erase data, keep tax recordsErasing a customer removes their requests, plans, receipts, refunds and cash-on-delivery rows; invoices keep their number and amounts with the buyer's details removed.

- Photos for products and optionsPick from the media library or upload on the spot. The first photo is the product card's photo, and each option can have its own.

- Unpaid orders held for a whileAn unpaid order is held for some hours, gets a reminder about six hours before it is cancelled, then is cancelled and its stock freed; if a receipt is under review the order stays.
- Cancellation puts stock backCancelling an order returns its stock and stops its follow-up messages; if money was paid, a refund ticket opens for the team.
- Gift ordersThe customer gives the recipient's name and phone, the card message, the sender's name and «surprise», and the team sees it all on the order.

- Dispatch alerts for the teamA ticket opens for a new visit without a technician, an urgent request, an address outside your service area and a job that needs a follow-up.
- «On the way» notice with arrival timeWhen the technician sets off, the customer gets an estimated arrival time and the tracking link; the time comes from the distance and the customer is told the arrival window.
- Live technician location, with consentThe technician turns on location sharing with their consent and the customer sees them move on a map. Sharing stops on arrival and positions are deleted after the visit.
- Customer visit pageThe customer sees status, time window, technician, arrival time, live map, photos, parts and amount, signs off with their name and pays.
- Checklists, before/after photos and partsBuild a three-language checklist per service with required items. The technician takes before and after photos and records parts used with quantity and price.

- Secure upload link with the phone cameraThe customer opens a private link, takes photos with the camera or uploads several files and sees progress; rejected documents can be uploaded again.
- Encrypted document vaultSensitive documents (or all of them, your choice) are encrypted with AES-256; the key is kept outside the database and sealed with this computer's secure key store. ID numbers are encrypted and only the last 4 digits show.
- Document review queueStaff approve each document with its expiry date and ID number, or reject it with a reason the customer reads in their own language. It warns when a document is expired or valid for too short a time.
- Application stages with customer updatesApplications move across a board with a column per status; each change can message the customer and is kept in the history. You can add your own statuses.
- Deliver files to the customerPut the result, such as a visa copy, translation or lab result, on the customer's secure application page.

- Ready consent forms per service12 ready consent forms and waivers in three languages, with risk sections, required checkboxes, health questions, photo and marketing opt-ins, a guardian declaration and a refusal text, all editable.
- Versions and re-signingA text someone signed never changes; editing it makes a new version. If you choose, signatures on older versions count as outdated and the customer signs again.
- Signing on the phoneThe customer opens the link, reads the text, types their full name and date of birth (in your business calendar) and draws a signature when needed, or declines.
- Age checks and guardian signatureMinimum ages per service follow each country's rules: for a minor a guardian signs with their details, relationship and signature; below the minimum the refusal text shows.
- Legal proof with a digital fingerprintEach signature records the version, a SHA-256 fingerprint of the exact text shown, the time, a shortened IP address, browser and OS only, and the channel. The signed copy prints, with the fingerprint re-checked.
- Withdrawable photo and marketing consentPhoto and marketing opt-ins are never pre-ticked. The customer withdraws with a phrase such as «remove my photos» in the chat, on the page, or staff do it in the panel, and every part of the app respects it.

- Listings with photos, price and statusEach listing has a three-language title and description, price, place, photo gallery, the agent in charge and the Instagram posts it appeared in. Status runs from draft to sold or rented.
- Reservations that release themselvesReserve a listing until a date or for a default number of hours; when the time passes it is available again. You can keep reserved listings out of search results.
- Matching listings from the customer's answersAvailable listings are ranked from the budget, area, type and features the customer gave and sent as cards; when nothing fits exactly, the criteria relax step by step.
- Answers by listing code or postWhen the customer types a listing code or asks about a post, that listing is sent with details and price; if it is gone, similar listings are offered.
- Leads and suggestions after a journeyWhen your trade's journey ends with the customer's answers, a lead is opened and matching listings are suggested once; the same criteria are not suggested again within a week.
- Shareable shortlistThe customer saves listings to a private shortlist and shares a read-only link with family or a partner that shows nothing about them.

- Agents and fair lead sharingAdd up to 60 agents with their listing types, areas and languages. Each lead goes to a fitting agent with the fewest leads in the last 30 days, or you assign it by hand.

- Sell-to-us and trade-inThe customer sends details, photos and an asking price; the team sends a valuation range in the chat and the customer accepts or asks to talk. A draft listing can be made from it.
- Public listing pagesEach listing has a mobile page with photos, price and facts, and there is a public browse page filtered by type, deal and maximum price. The exact location shows only if you allow it.

- Donating inside the chatThe donor picks the campaign, the amount (suggested or their own, e.g. «500k»), once or monthly, on whose behalf, and anonymous or not, by buttons or the donate page, then gets the payment request.
- The donor's own gift pageWith a private link the donor sees the status of their gift and its receipt, and pays what is still open.
- Donation receipts with their own numberingEach paid gift gets a printable receipt with its own yearly numbering that says clearly it is not a tax invoice. In the Gulf it prints in Arabic and English side by side, with your permit number.
- Monthly giving and pledgesMonthly gifts on a set day, or a one-time pledge by a date. A reminder with a pay button goes a few days before, and the donor can pause, resume, skip or stop.
- Sponsor a beneficiary caseEach case has a public part (code, title, story without personal data, need and amount raised) and a private part seen only in the panel.
- Proof of service to the donorA video or photos of the sacrifice or the distribution go to the donor, right away or when the order reaches a set stage.
- Volunteers and shiftsVolunteers sign up with skills and availability and join shifts with set capacity. A reminder goes the day before, and attendance and hours are recorded.
- Zakat calculatorThe calculator page works out nisab and 2.5% zakat from cash, bank, gold and silver, investments, money owed to you and business goods, minus debts.
- Appeals to past donorsA campaign appeal goes only to past donors who allowed marketing messages; you see the audience before sending.

- Verified emergency numbers by countryEmergency replies include your country's emergency number and crisis line, taken from one verified source and shown in the panel.
- Your own safety rulesWrite your own warning words in three languages with your own reply and priority.
- Test before you rely on itType a sentence on the Safety rules page and see which rule fires and the reply the customer would get.
Customers and team 42
- A file for every personAnyone who messages you on Instagram, Telegram or WhatsApp, or fills a form, gets a file with its own number automatically: conversation, forms, media, notes, payments and timeline in one place.
- One customer across all appsWhen the same person writes on Instagram and on Telegram or WhatsApp, their files are joined and the panel shows one customer; stage, tags, details, responsible member and consent stay the same everywhere, and the chats from every app appear together in time order.
- Suggested matches to mergeWhen two files share a phone number or an e-mail, the customer page suggests joining them; one click and a confirmation make them one customer.
- Merge without losing dataWhen joining, the main file's details are kept and gaps are filled from the other; all tags are combined, the furthest stage is kept and follow-up tasks move with the customer. You can split them again whenever needed.
- Customer page with clear tabsEach customer page has Overview, Conversation, Timeline, Forms, Media, Notes and Automations tabs with a count next to each; installed modules add tabs of their own.
- Quick actions on the fileFrom the top of the file you can change the stage, open the chat, take it over from the bot or hand it back, message the customer on WhatsApp with one button and close an open ticket.
- The customer's Instagram profileName, username and earlier usernames, whether they follow your page, and follower count come into the file automatically, and the profile picture is saved on this computer so it stays visible later.
- A full timeline per customerEvery important event is logged on the timeline with the time and who did it (customer, bot, team or system): stage and tag changes, forms, payments, tickets, notes, assignments and more.
- Private team notesWrite notes on each customer's file that the customer never sees; pin an important one so it stays on the overview. The author's name is saved with each note.
- Colour tags in three languagesType a tag on a file and press Enter; tags have colours and names in Persian, Arabic and English, and the Stages & tags page shows how many customers carry each one, with edit and delete.
- Automatic tagsThe app adds useful tags on its own, such as form complete or asked for the team, and tags the customer's style from their own messages, for example upset, short writer or prefers voice.
- Sales pipelines with your own stagesCreate one or more sales pipelines and set their stages with names in three languages, colours and your own order; each stage has a standard type so reports work for any trade.
- Change stages without losing customersA stage that has customers can be deleted only after moving them to another stage; the default pipeline, a pipeline in use and the last stage of a pipeline cannot be deleted.
- Automatic moves only go forwardWhen an automation or a form moves a customer, it only moves them forward, and a new message never pulls them back to an earlier stage; your manual changes can go either way.
- Drag-and-drop sales boardEach stage is a column and each customer a card; drag a card to another column to change the stage. The card shows score, responsible member, tags, next task and last activity.
- Lead score with the reasonEvery customer gets a score from 0 to 100 shown as hot, warm or cold; under it you see why: recency, messages, form, contact details, stage and payment.
- Alert when a lead turns hotAs soon as a customer's score turns hot, their responsible member (or the whole team) is told with the name and score; switch it on or off in the follow-up settings.
- Suggested next stepEach customer file says what is needed now, such as «submitted the form, call them» or «a payment is pending, remind them»; one button turns it into a follow-up task with a fitting due time and priority.
- Where each customer came fromEach customer's first and latest way in is recorded: direct message, post comment, story reply or mention, tracking link, ad, form or automation, with the app and time; filter the customer list by source too.
- Customer list with full filtersThe customer list has one row per person with score, responsible member, next task, form status, media count, tags and last activity; filter by stage, tag, member, hot or cold, source, app and today's or overdue tasks.
- Saved viewsSave a set of filters you use often, such as «hot leads from Instagram», under a name and return to it in one click; each colleague keeps their own views.
- Customer list export for ExcelDownload the customer list, with the filters you chose, as a CSV file that opens in Excel with Persian and Arabic shown correctly; it includes name, phone, e-mail, city, stage, tags, score, responsible member, source and next task.
- Follow-up tasks with due time and ownerCreate a follow-up task for any customer, such as a call, message, meeting or payment follow-up, with a due time and a responsible member; the Tasks page shows today's, overdue, all open and done tasks separately with counts.
- Due and overdue remindersAt each task's due time its owner is alerted, and if it is still not done an hour later an «overdue» alert follows, in the panel, on Telegram and in the phone app.
- A «call them» task after each formWhenever a customer completes a form, a high-priority «call them» task is created for their responsible member, with an alert; you choose the due time or switch it off.
- Automatic follow-up with one switchThe app watches that no customer slips away: it tells the team in time and sends the customer a few short, helpful messages in their own language. One switch in Settings turns it all on or off; it is on by default.
- Alert before the 24-hour window closesIf a customer's message on Instagram or WhatsApp is still unanswered with less than 3 hours left of the 24-hour window, the team gets an urgent alert and their ticket is raised to high, so you reply in time.
- A nudge when prices are followed by silenceA customer who saw the prices and went quiet gets a short message with «choose» and «talk to the team» buttons about 2 hours later and a last note about 20 hours later; if they reply or the chat is with the team, nothing is sent.
- Task for a quiet warm leadIf a warm or hot lead has been quiet for 3 days and has not bought yet, a follow-up task is created for their responsible member with an alert; never a second one while a task is open.
- Polite follow-up, never pushyAutomatic messages are not sent between 22:00 and 08:00 and wait for the morning; each customer gets at most 2 automatic messages a day and 4 a week, and everything stops when they reply or ask to stop.
- The team's ticket queueEvery request that needs a person becomes a ticket, and the Tickets page lists them by whose turn it is, priority and waiting time; each person has only one open ticket and new reasons are added to it.
- Tickets update themselvesWhen the team answers, the ticket becomes «waiting for the customer»; when the customer writes again it is the team's turn again. After 7 days without a customer reply it closes itself, and closing a ticket hands the chat back to the assistant.
- One alert and one reminder, not a floodWhen a customer starts waiting for the team, one alert arrives with their name, app and last message, and one reminder if nobody answers within 15 minutes; more messages in the same turn do not create new alerts.
- An account for every colleagueCreate a login for each colleague so you know who did what; there are three roles: Owner has everything, Staff does the daily work without settings, and View only sees everything but changes nothing.
- A responsible member per customerPick the responsible member on each customer's file; that customer's alerts go to them, a colleague sees only their own customers with the «Mine» filter, and the assignment is logged on the timeline.
- New customers shared in turnWith «in turn among the team» on, each new customer is assigned automatically to the next member, so work is shared fairly.
- Reply to customers from TelegramTap Reply on a Telegram alert and type; your text goes to that customer on Instagram, WhatsApp or Telegram as the team's answer, and the bot stays quiet while you are in the chat.
- Separate a wrongly joined fileIf two files were joined by mistake, tap «Separate» next to that app on the customer page; it gets its own file back with a copy of the shared details.
- Customer media stays on your computerPhotos, videos, voice notes and files a customer sends are gathered in the Media tab of their file, kept only on this computer, and every time one is opened it is written to the access log.
- A ready pipeline from day oneWithout any setup you have a ready sales pipeline, and customers move along it on their own as they chat, fill a form and pay: from «New» to «Customer».
- Close, reopen and prioritise ticketsOn the Tickets page close a ticket with «Solved», reopen a closed one and change its priority right in its row; an open ticket also shows at the top of the customer's file with a close button.
- Team follow-up settings in one cardOn the Tasks page the owner has every follow-up setting in one place: the due time of the «call them» task after a form, sharing customers in turn, the hot-lead alert, Telegram alerts and the personal WhatsApp alert; each change is saved at once.

- Latest customer messagesThe last 8 messages customers sent, with their username and time, next to the funnel.
- Numbers for your kind of businessEach specialised section you switch on adds its own number tiles to the dashboard, such as today's bookings for a salon, today's orders for a shop or occupancy for a stay.
- Numbers count real customers onlyTest customers and simulator messages are left out of the dashboard numbers, today's list and takings, so testing never skews your figures.
- Updates on its ownThe dashboard and the top bar refresh themselves every few seconds; no need to reload.
- Apps and assistant status at a glanceThe top of every page shows which apps are connected, which AI model is working, whether the assistant is busy or ready, and how many messages are queued.
- Warning bar when something is stuckWhen something stops messages from arriving, a coloured bar with the reason and the fix appears at the top: Instagram paused for now, a temporary public address, the message port taken by another program, or a problem with the master key.
- Counters next to menu itemsThe menu shows open counts: drafts waiting, payments to review, open tickets, unanswered comments, settings errors and overdue tasks.
- The panel updates itselfWhen a newer panel is ready, the page reloads itself; if you are in the middle of editing, only a notice with an «Update» button appears so nothing is lost.
- Today's AI work and costFour numbers: replies today with the model's name, average time from message to reply, today's cost in dollars, and how many replies the checks corrected or stopped.
- Log of every AI replyFor each reply: time, customer, their message, the reply sent, the tools the assistant used, the result, the model, reply time and cost.

- Team alerts bellThe bell at the top shows your own and your team's alerts with an unread count; tapping one opens that customer's case.
- What you get alerted aboutEvery event that needs action creates an alert for the team member responsible for that customer, or for everyone when nobody is.
- Morning summaryEvery day at your opening time a summary arrives: customers waiting, chats whose reply window closes today, hot leads, payments to review, unfinished payments and overdue tasks.
- Alerts on Telegram with buttonsEvery alert also reaches the Telegram of team members who linked their account, with buttons such as «I'll answer», «Let the assistant answer», «Send» and «Reject». When one person taps, the others see who took it.
- Waiting-customer alerts on your own WhatsAppWhen switched on, only «a customer is waiting» and its reminder go to the owner's personal WhatsApp. Off by default: it needs a Meta-approved message template and Meta bills each message.
- Sound and Windows alert for a waiting customerWhen a new customer starts waiting for the team, the panel plays a short sound, the tab title shows the waiting count, and if the app window is not in front Windows shows a notice and the window flashes.
- Search the whole panelCtrl+K or the search button opens one box that searches customers, chats, flows, forms, settings and the rest at once, with results grouped by kind.
- Everything is searchableFind a customer by name, current or former username, phone, email, city, tag or stage, and a chat by its message text.
- Finds typos, Finglish and ArabiziSearch ignores Persian and Arabic letter variants, treats Persian, Arabic and Western digits alike, and still finds typos, Finglish, Arabizi and words typed on the wrong keyboard layout.
- Quick actions from the same boxStart work straight from the search box: new flow, new form, new field, new DM, comment or story automation, upload a file, switch day or night theme, or change the panel language.
- Recent searchesYour latest searches are kept in this browser so you do not retype them.
- Every drop-down list is searchableEvery pick list in the panel has a search box; type a few letters. The same forgiving search for typos and Finglish works here, and recent picks sit on top of long lists.
- 252 countries, none built inThe app is ready for any country; the list shows names in Persian, Arabic or English, sorted in that language's own alphabet, with no country pinned on top.
- Country detected at installThe app guesses your country from this computer's time zone and sets that country's currency, calendar and working week. You can change any of them later.
- Each country's week start and weekendWeekdays in the panel start on your country's first day of the week, and the example opening hours close its weekend and keep the day before open until 14:00.
- Phone numbers from any country understoodWhether a number is written with Persian or Arabic digits, with 00 or +, with a leading zero or the country's own international prefix, it is read correctly and stored in the standard international form.
Setup that stays right 80
- Step-by-step first setupNine steps in the order an owner thinks: language, trade, name, hours/address/prices, panel password, messaging apps, contacts, payment, go live. Skip any step and come back later; a progress bar shows what is left.
- Hours, address and prices in one stepThe three things customers ask most, saved together: opening hours, the address with a map link, and up to five services with prices. Prefer not to quote? Choose «prices on request» and your team gives the price.
- Panel password before connectingBefore Instagram and WhatsApp are connected, the panel gets a username and password so nobody gets in without permission.
- Only the apps you useThe messaging step first asks whether you use Telegram, Instagram or WhatsApp and shows only those cards. With Instagram and WhatsApp, account-safety tips appear alongside.
- Each setting tested as you save itEvery settings card is tested the moment it is saved and shows its status. One button re-tests them all, and the «how many are ready» count updates.
- A final checklist before going liveThe last step shows what is complete and what is left, the AI engine and public address that set themselves up, a button to try it in the simulator, a choice between automatic replies and approve-before-send, and linking phone alerts on Telegram.
- Easy way back to setupWhen a step sends you to another page, a bar at the top brings you back to that step with one button.
- The basics step fills itselfHave a website or an Instagram page? In the hours, address and prices step, give the site's link and press «Read and propose». Hours, address, contacts, products and prices are read and prepared for your approval.
- Brand name and countryYour brand name appears in every message. Picking the country suggests and fills in the currency, time zone, calendar and languages; you only press Save.
- Only verified contacts shownYou enter phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, email and website, and each is tested. Only verified ones appear to customers in menus, buttons and the bot's replies; the rest stay hidden by themselves.
- Optional payment stepAdd card-to-card, IBAN, a payment link or a gateway right here. Until a method is verified, no pay button is shown to customers.
- Only what works reaches customersEvery setting, from a contact to a payment method or a connection, is used in menus, buttons, payment options and the bot's knowledge only after it passes its test. If it breaks later, such as an expired key or a dead link, it drops out by itself and comes back once fixed.
- What customers see right nowThe settings page shows a live summary of which contacts and which payment methods customers see right now, and says so when there are none.
- Readiness and error countsThe settings page says how many items are active and verified out of how many, and the menu shows how many have an error. The dashboard shows how many setup steps are done.
- Learns your business in one clickThe app reads your website, Instagram page, past chats and media library and finds products, services and prices, hours and address, contacts and frequent questions. Nothing customers see changes before you approve.
- Starts by itself after the first connectionWhen the first messaging app connects, the smart setup starts once on its own, so a busy owner does not have to find the button. Still nothing is written without your approval.
- Reads your websiteReads the home page and the product, price, service and contact pages. A Shopify or WooCommerce shop gives its product list directly; the address, phone, opening hours and FAQ written on the pages are found too.
- Safe page readingOnly public internet addresses are opened, never this computer or the local network, with size and time caps and at most five redirects. Text written inside a page is never treated as an instruction.
- Reads your Instagram pageReads the page name, bio and link, the captions of recent posts and the comments of the most-commented posts; a product and price are taken only when written in that caption, and customers' questions come from the comments. Reading only: nothing is posted to Instagram.
- Learns from past chatsFrom real customers' chats it finds the most asked questions and the answers your own team gave. Test and simulator chats are left out.
- Prices only as writtenThe AI never makes up a price: only a number written in the source is proposed. When the currency unit is unclear (rial or toman, for example) the proposal is marked for you to check.
- Proposes services and products with photosServices with prices and products with names in three languages, price, photo and the post they sell from are proposed. If the catalog is off, switching it on is one of the proposals; a product with no photo gets a matching one from the library.
- Fills missing hours, address and contactsOpening hours, address, map link, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, email and website are proposed only when you have not set them yourself.
- Ready answers in your own wordsYour website FAQ and the questions your team answered in chats become ready answers the bot gives at once, without the AI. A question the bot already answers is not proposed again.
- «Price?» automations under postsFor a post that sells a priced product, it proposes that anyone asking the price under it gets a private message with the product, its price and its photo, unless that post already has an automation.
- A ready product-questions flowWith products in the catalog, it proposes a flow where the customer names a product and gets its card with photo, price and a choose button; if not found, the AI answers from your business info. Switching on «the AI understands free answers» in flows is proposed too.
- Detects your real tradeFrom the bio, page name, captions and the website's products and services it works out what trade the business really is. If the installed pack is another trade, or none is installed, the right pack is proposed and installed when you approve.
- Answers your trade's questions from your sourcesIf your website, chats or captions already answer one of your trade's common questions (warranty or delivery, for example), that text is proposed as its answer. Nothing is invented: it is all your own text.
- Tested before you approveBefore you see the result, customers' real questions, the trade's common questions and a price question per product are put to the bot twice: as it is now and as it would be after approval. For example «after approval the bot answers 43 of 50 questions at once (now 12)». A question with no answer you answer once, and it is learned for good.
- Approve all, leave some out, revertThe result comes on one page, grouped; untick anything you do not want and turn on the rest with one button. «Revert all» puts everything back, except what you changed yourself after approving.
- Says what it could not read and whyIf a source cannot be read, the reason is shown beside it in plain words, such as the site did not answer, the link does not lead to a public website, or Instagram is not connected. The other sources carry on.
- Uses the AI you already havePages, captions and photos are read with the AI the app already uses: your chosen cloud AI, the built-in engine or Ollama. Each task goes only to a model able to do it, and without any AI what is read directly from the page is still used.
- Recorded in the activity logStarting, starting by itself, approving, reverting, sending the questions and your answers are all recorded in the panel's activity log, so you know what changed and when.
- Nightly refresh with one tapEvery night between 2 and 5 a.m. business time, the sources you approved are read again. Only when something is new, like a changed price or a new product, you get a Telegram message with «Update» and «Open the panel» buttons.
- See the answers before you tapThe ready answers customers would get are shown word for word in the Telegram message. With more than six, one-tap approval is removed so you review them one by one in the panel.
- A frequent unanswered questionA question customers asked at least three times that nobody answered is asked of you once on Telegram, with an «I'll answer» button.
- 8 questions only you can answerAfter the smart setup, one message lists your trade's most important questions that have no answer yet, such as warranty, delivery time or instalments. Reply by number, e.g. «1: 18-month warranty», and customers get that answer from now on.
- Nightly learning even before the first approvalIf you have not approved a smart setup yet but your team wrote replies or corrected AI drafts, a light nightly run proposes them for approval.
- Learns from your correctionsWhen you correct an AI draft before sending it, the original is kept and the pair «customer question and corrected answer» is proposed as a ready answer, approved with one click in the panel or one tap on Telegram.
- 217 ready trade packsPick your trade and everything is set up for it: flows, follow-ups, intake form, fields, sales stages, tags, menu, common questions and safety rules. Every pack is in Persian, Arabic and English.
- Find your trade however you spell itSearch your trade in Persian, Arabic or English; typos, Finglish, Arabizi and even text typed on the wrong keyboard layout are found.
- Your exact specialisationMost packs have several specialisations, such as a beauty salon or a hair colour studio, each with a note on how pricing, appointment length or deposits differ.
- Exact preview before installingBefore installing, every change is shown grouped and expandable, and nothing is written yet: how many fields, tags, stages, flows, messages, questions and follow-ups are added, and which flows are published or kept as drafts.
- Your own values stayWherever the pack clashes with something you wrote, such as the welcome message, terms, intake form or a safety rule, your value stays unless you tick it. A field or flow with the same name is created under another name.
- Install optionsYou can add the trade's sample offerings, publish flows right away or keep them as drafts, and install flows that need a feature that is off with a simple fallback or as drafts.
- Switch or remove a pack safelyA pack can be switched for another or removed in one step; everything returns to how it was before the install, and whatever you changed yourself afterwards stays. Customer cases move to the matching stage.
- Choose your trade during setupSetup's second step asks your trade; search, see the preview and install it right there.
- Notes for your countryEach pack carries a local note for your business's country, such as pricing customs, rules or common payment habits, and safety guardrails are chosen by region.
- What is left after installingAfter installing, a short list shows what is left: sample services with no price and files the flows should send that are not uploaded yet, each with a button to go there.
- Ready trade experienceFor some trades, a seasoned professional's knowledge is ready: hundreds of ready answers, replies to objections, care tips and warning signs that stop the bot. It turns on only after you confirm it is a draft you review, and it never stands in for your prices or business facts.
- Install decisions spelled outThe preview says where the pack made a decision itself, for example a field or form whose name was taken is created under another name, or an emergency path starts only on urgent words so an ordinary first message gets the welcome and the menu.
- Ready flows for your tradeEach pack has several ready flows, such as booking, price enquiry or order follow-up. Every flow is checked before publishing; one with a problem stays a draft with the reason shown.
- Ready follow-upsThe trade's follow-up messages, such as reminders or review requests, come with the pack. One switch turns them on or off, and you set each as marketing or service; people who did not agree to marketing are left out and counted.
- Intake form and trade fieldsThe pack adds the trade's intake form and the fields that trade needs, such as hair type or property size. Sensitive fields are marked, and a matching field you already have is reused.
- Sales stages and tagsA sales pipeline with the trade's own stages and ready tags is installed, so every customer case is organised from day one.
- DM menu and conversation startersThe trade's main DM menu and Instagram conversation starters are installed. Switch off or edit any button, keep or remove the «Talk to us» button, and Telegram commands update too.
- Trade messages and wordsDefault messages are written for the trade in all three languages and replace only the app's built-in texts. The trade's words are set too, such as «client» instead of «customer» or «appointment» instead of «booking».
- The trade's common questionsThe questions this trade's customers ask most are added with draft answers in your business language, but stay off until you write your real answer; the «8 questions» ask you exactly that.
- Safety rules and the AI's personaThe pack installs the trade's safety rules, such as stopping the bot on a medical or emergency message, and the AI's red lines. If you have not written an AI persona yourself, the trade's persona is added.
- Only the features your trade needsA pack switches on only the features its flows and follow-ups really need; the rest stay as suggestions you switch on whenever you like.
- Trade settings on one pageAfter installing, the trade's settings sit together in tabs: trade switches, business details used in messages, the menu, flows, follow-ups and files.
- Slots for files the flows sendThe trade's flows have slots for files like a menu, price list or portfolio. Until you upload the file, the flow skips that step and your team sends it by hand.
- Keeps working when a feature is offIf a flow step needs a feature that is off, the data collected becomes a ticket for your team, the customer is told the team will confirm, and the flow continues. For each such question you can set «unknown, yes or no».
- Follow-ups timed to real eventsEach follow-up hangs on a real event, such as days of silence after the customer's last message, the start or end of a booking, an order shipped or delivered, or a date the customer gave. If the booking is cancelled or moved, or the order returned, its follow-up is cancelled or moved too.
- One reminder, not twoIf a part of the app, such as appointments, already sends the same reminder at the same time, the pack's follow-up is not sent separately: the reminder goes once, with your trade's wording.
- Trade options and message valuesSome packs have trade options of their own, and flow messages have slots for values such as the order cut-off time. Fill them once; any left empty quietly drops that part of the message.
- One switch per featureOn the Features page each business feature has a switch and a one-line description, and shows why it is on: needed by your trade's flows, suggested for your trade, has data, or needed by another feature. Keep on only what you need so the menu stays short.
- Switching off deletes nothingSwitching a feature off only hides it from the menu; its data stays and everything comes back when you switch it on. A feature that is needed stays locked on.
- Tidy up the menuA one-time card lists features that are on but have no data and your trade does not need; hide them with one button or keep them. No feature is ever switched off by itself.
- A complete customer simulatorTalk to the bot like a real customer in the look of Instagram, Telegram or WhatsApp and see everything exactly as the customer would. Nothing is really sent, and the test customer never appears in real lists, statistics or alerts.
- Everything a customer doesIn the simulator you can send a message, tap a button, comment on a post, reply to or mention in a story, arrive from a tracking link or an ad, and send a voice note.
- Fast-forward timeMove time forward a few hours for the test customer so waits, follow-ups, reminders and tasks run right away. If you like, the app's real 24-hour window closes just as for a real customer.
- Shows each app's limitsButtons look the way each app shows them; a title the app would cut is marked.
- Saved test scenariosRecord a test conversation as a scenario, or write yourself what text or buttons each reply must have, or that there should be no reply. Run them all again with one button.
- One health check for everythingEverything the bot answers with is checked together, and each problem is listed with a link straight to it. The error count shows on the menu.
- See where each reply came fromIn the simulator each bot reply is labelled «ready answer», given at once from your own data, or «AI». Menus and flows carry no label.
- Window and waiting statusBeside the simulator phone you see whether the 24-hour window is open or closed, and which flow is waiting for the customer or for a time, and how many hours are left.
- Assistant inside the panelA round button beside every page opens a small chat. Ask how to do something, in Persian, Arabic or English; the answer comes from the app's own guide and settings help in that language, with a button that opens the page. It never invents a page or option.
- A guide for every pageBeside the page title, a «Guide» button opens a panel: what the page is for, when you need it, the steps, common mistakes, related pages, a link to the page's lesson on the website and «ask the assistant».
- Full user guide in three languagesA full guide to every page, option and step ships with the app in Persian, Arabic and English. The assistant's answer has a button that opens that part of the guide.
Install, running, security and phone 72
- One smart installerThe installer puts everything in place at once: the app, the AI engines and models, voice-message reading and the tools. It needs no Windows administrator rights and installs for the current Windows user.
- Full install with no internetThe full edition carries every file and downloads nothing, so it installs even on a computer with no or slow internet. Its files come in parts under 4 GB so they fit on any USB stick.
- Light install: only the models you needThe light edition measures the computer first, shows the list and size of the models it needs before downloading, then fetches only those from each model's official source. The download page works like a download manager: speed, time left, pause and resume.
- Computer check during installAfter install, the «Your computer» page says what level this computer is and what it lacks, in Persian, Arabic or English to match Windows' language.
- Graphics driver adviceIf the graphics driver is missing, old or in error, the installer says so and opens the maker's official page in the browser with one button; it downloads nothing itself.
- Installs only original filesEvery file is compared with its fingerprint and the publisher's signature is checked before anything is replaced. A changed or forged setup is refused and the earlier install stays as it was.
- Update without losing dataRunning the installer over an existing install switches to «Update» mode: it closes the app, replaces the program files and keeps messages, settings and the licence.
- Silent install for resellersFor rolling out to several computers, install and uninstall can run with no window through command-line options.
- Safe uninstallThe app is removed from Windows' «Installed apps» and the data is kept by default. Deleting the data needs the word DELETE typed, and the newest encrypted backup is first copied to the Documents folder.
- Setup fits the screenThe setup windows grow with the screen's real size, so they are not tiny on a tablet or a small screen.
- 7-day full free trialEvery feature works free for 7 days. Reinstalling does not start a new trial, and turning the clock back adds no days.
- Licence key for this computer, offlineYou send this computer's code to the seller, then paste the licence key in the panel or pick the .lic file. Activation works offline; a key can be permanent or until a date, and renewal is a new key.
- Nothing lost after the trialIf the trial ends with no key, the app goes read-only: customers' messages are still received and kept, but nothing is sent until a key is entered.
- Licence state always visibleA badge in the panel's top bar shows the trial days left, the licence end date or that it is permanent, and opens the activation page.
- Starts with WindowsWhen you sign in to Windows, the app starts quietly and sits next to the clock, so messages are answered whenever the computer is on. Switch it on or off on the System page.
- Watchdog restarts itThe app is checked every 30 seconds; after three missed checks in a row (about 1.5 minutes) it is started again. If you stop it on purpose, the watchdog stops too.
- Unfinished work resumesMessages and jobs are kept in a queue; if the app or the computer stops mid-task, that job is picked up again after the restart.
- A message that crashes the app is set asideIf the app stops three times in the middle of one job, that job is set aside so the app does not keep stopping, and the team is told to open that conversation themselves. Closing the app on purpose or an update does not count.
- Its own desktop windowThe panel opens in the app's own window, with no address bar or tabs. Its size and place are remembered, and closing it only hides it: replies go on and the icon next to the clock opens it again.
- Updates from inside the appThe app looks for a new version at start and every 6 hours. When there is one, an «Update available» badge shows what's new and the download size; one click downloads, checks and installs it, keeping messages, settings and the licence.
- Busy-port warningIf another program holds the port the app uses to receive messages, the app does not crash: it waits and tries again, and the panel shows a red bar naming the program and the port.
- Connections re-tested dailyEvery connection you set up, such as channels, AI keys and payment gateways, is tested again automatically once a day, so anything that stopped working shows in the panel.
- Model downloads that resumeAny model not here is downloaded from its fixed official link; a broken download resumes where it stopped, and the file is checked against its fingerprint before use. A file that does not match is never used.
- Finds and fills missing partsThe app lists what this computer lacks and the «Download everything missing» button fetches them one by one, smallest first. If an antivirus removed part of the app itself, it tells you to run the installer again; your data stays.
- Full system check in the panelThe System page shows the operating system, processor, memory, graphics card and disk with a status for each, the required software with its official pages, and checks reach to the internet, Instagram and Claude.
- Engine files checked before each runThe engine's files are compared with the checked copy before each run and unpacked again from the intact package if changed. Only the app itself, on this computer, can use the engine, with a private key that changes every run.
- Fixed address in one clickWith the «Get a fixed address» button, the app gets a fixed address from the publisher's service, sets it up and tests it itself: no Cloudflare account, no domain, nothing to paste. With a licence the address is lasting and named after the business.
- Fixed address on your own domainWith your own Cloudflare account and domain you make a fixed address for messages and customer links; the app runs it with its bundled tool, with a step-by-step guide in the panel. If the route does not reach the app, the reason is shown.
- Temporary address for tryingFor trying, a temporary address is made with no account or sign-up. The panel says plainly that it changes at every start and that a fixed address is needed before connecting Instagram or WhatsApp.
- Every public-address optionBesides the temporary address and a Cloudflare tunnel, you can give your own https address, use a fixed ngrok domain (with ngrok installed yourself), or switch the public address off.
- Public address kept aliveEvery 2 minutes the app checks that the public address opens from the internet; after two misses in a row a new tunnel starts and the address is registered with the channels again. A «Create new address» button does it by hand.
- Only the verified Cloudflare tool runsOn Windows only a fixed, checked version of the Cloudflare tool runs; if it is missing, the app fetches that official version and checks its signature and fingerprint.
- Phone app for the day's workThe owner and the team do the day's work from anywhere on the phone: chats by channel, approving or editing AI drafts, confirming a payment after seeing the receipt, tasks and tickets. Everything happens on the computer at once and nothing stays on the phone.
- Pair a phone with a QR codeThe owner makes a QR code in the panel that works once, for 5 minutes; the phone scans it and gets its own key. Each phone is paired for a chosen account.
- Manage connected phonesThe panel lists the phones with name, pairing time and last use, and disconnects any of them at once with a tap. A phone unused for 60 days is disconnected automatically.
- Phone limited to daily workFrom a phone, settings, channels, keys, backups, security and users cannot be touched; this is enforced on the computer itself, not just by hiding buttons.
- Phone alerts with quiet hoursEvery team alert also reaches the phone, and tapping it opens that conversation. Each phone chooses which kinds of alert it gets and its quiet hours.
- Alerts without sensitive dataCard numbers, IBANs, phone numbers and e-mails never go into an alert, and the alert is encrypted so that the delivering service cannot read it.
- Last lists shown when offlineIf the computer cannot be reached, the phone shows the last lists read-only and keeps no whole conversation. When a phone is disconnected, everything on it is wiped.
- Admin panel only on this computerThe admin panel cannot be reached from the internet and opens only on this computer; a web page that disguises itself as the panel's address gets no answer.
- Password login for the panelOnce the owner account is made, opening the panel needs a password. It is at least 10 characters and stored in a form that cannot be read back even from the database.
- Lock after wrong triesAfter 5 wrong passwords the account locks for 15 minutes. Sign-in from the app's own window has a lane of its own, so a nuisance program cannot keep the owner locked out.
- Signed-in devices and sign-out everywhereThe Security page shows everywhere your account is signed in; sign one out or all the others at once. Changing the password signs the other devices out automatically.
- Two-step loginBesides the password, a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on the phone is asked; even a leaked password then lets no one in. Each code works once and turning it off needs the password.
- Reset a forgotten passwordA forgotten password is reset only on this computer and only with the recovery code; there the lock can also be lifted or two-step login switched off. Every try is logged.
- Key vaultInstagram, Telegram and WhatsApp connection keys, AI keys and payment-gateway keys are stored encrypted. The master key lives outside the database, locked to your Windows user by Windows' own protection; a copy of the data folder alone cannot open it.
- Guard when the master key goes missingIf the master key file goes missing, the app never makes a new key silently: a red bar in the panel, an alert on the team's Telegram when possible, and backups pause. The key comes back with the recovery code, or a new one is made knowingly by typing NEW.
- Customer texts stored encryptedEverything customers write is kept encrypted in the database; a copy of the data file or of the whole disk shows none of it. Freed space is zeroed so no readable copy is left behind.
- Recovery code for a bad dayA code of 8 groups of 4 characters is made: the only way to open the backups on another computer. It is shown until you type it once to confirm; it can be printed or copied, and a new code can be made any time.
- Detects changed program filesThe program files are compared with the publisher's signed list at start and every 30 minutes. If something was changed or added, sending stops and a red bar stays in the panel until the original files are back; data is kept.
- Sensitive steps only in the app's windowUntil the owner account exists, showing the recovery code, list exports, the backup key and creating the first account work only in the app's own window; no other program on the computer can reach them.
- Only signed channel messages acceptedInstagram, WhatsApp and Telegram messages are accepted only with a valid signature, so a forged message never gets in.
- Signed requests to InstagramEvery request to Instagram is signed with the app's secret, so a stolen connection key alone is useless. If Meta refuses it, the app keeps working and says so on the Security page.
- Safe public pagesForms, payment pages and the customer portal send the browser safety rules, and secret links never leak to other sites. A file a customer sends opens in the page only if it is a plain picture or sound; anything else is just downloaded.
- Access log: who did whatEvery view of a personal photo or file, every backup, deletion, sign-in, key change and settings change is recorded with the account that did it, and shown on the Settings page.
- Security at a glanceThe Security page shows how many of the main steps are done and whether each protection is on: keys, recovery code, encrypted backups, password login and the rest.
- Daily encrypted backupEvery day a full copy of the database and new files is made and encrypted while the app keeps running. The last 14 automatic copies and every manual one are kept, and without the recovery code nobody can read the backup folder.
- Back up nowAny time, the «Back up now» button makes a manual encrypted copy that the daily rotation never removes.
- Backup to another disk or synced folderThe backup folder can be moved to another disk or a synced folder with one line in the app's settings file; being encrypted, nobody can read it there either.
- Restore on another computerIf the computer breaks or Windows is reinstalled, the backup folder plus the recovery code bring everything back on a new computer: database, files and the documents key. An existing database is set aside, not deleted.
- Restore checkFor each backup you can check whether its encrypted documents will open after a restore or their key is missing; if the current key is lost, it is put back from the backup.
- Documents key inside the backupThe key that encrypts customers' documents goes with the backup by default, itself encrypted. If you prefer to keep it yourself, it can be left out after a clear warning.
- Remove old unencrypted backupsCopies made before encryption are counted and shown, and after the first encrypted backup they can be deleted with one button.
- Logs without personal dataLog files never hold a connection key, password, e-mail, card number or phone number, masked even when written in Persian or Arabic digits. Customers' message texts are not written to the logs at all.
- Old technical data removed automaticallyEvery day raw incoming data and finished jobs older than 90 days are removed, and old log files go after 14 days.
- Erase a person's data on requestIf a customer writes «delete my data» in the chat and confirms, all of their data is erased at once: messages, forms, files, payments and even their name in old log files.
- Instant cut when access is removedIf the Instagram account removes the app's access, Meta notifies the app and the connection is dropped at once.
- Meta data-deletion requests answeredA data-deletion request from Meta is verified, then the connection and everything received about that account are deleted; a confirmation code and a public status page are returned as Meta requires.
- Data-deletion instructions pageA public page explains the three ways to have data deleted: writing in the chat, removing the app in Instagram, and asking the business; in the visitor's language with an English copy for Meta reviewers.
- Night modeOne button in the top bar switches the panel between day and night. With login on, each person's choice applies to their own account only.
- Text and panel sizeThe panel size can be chosen, and «Automatic» measures the screen's real size to show it larger on a tablet or small screen. Each account's choice is saved separately.
- Simple or full menuThe simple menu shows only the daily work in one short list; one button shows every section.
Nothing found; ask the site assistant.
