When you need it
Every day, to prepare, ship and chase payment for orders.
Step by step
- 1
Switch between List and Board; filter to Open orders to see only open work.

Orders without a price wait in To price; set the price and click Save prices & request payment.

When money arrives, Record payment; after sending, add the tracking code and click Shipped. The customer is told at each status change.
- 4
Record a phone or walk-in order with New order.
Common mistakes
- Cancelling returns the stock; agree with the customer before cancelling a paid order.
