When you need it
When a class is full, or you're deciding whether to open a new one.

Look at each class's queue.

To offer by hand, click Offer a seat; how long an offer lasts is in the settings.

If the queue is long, open a new class or add More seats.
Common mistakes
- A long queue means demand; open a second class before people go elsewhere.
