When you need it
When a customer asks to view, and after each viewing.
Step by step

Open the request, set the time with Set the time and click Confirm and tell the person.

If Appointments is on, change viewing times there.
- 3
After the viewing, record the Outcome and Feedback.
Common mistakes
- Write the outcome the same day; the next follow-up is built from it.
