When you need it
When setting up the schedule, and on the day for the manifest.
Step by step
- 1
Create the week's repeating departures at once with Weekly pattern, or click New departure.
- 2
Set the Price per person and the Minimum to run.
- 3
On the day, open the manifest; if a departure doesn't reach the minimum, cancel it so passengers are told.
Common mistakes
- Don't cancel late; passengers have planned to get there.
