When you need it
Before a service that needs consent, or when you must show what a customer signed.
Step by step

Click Send a form; the signing link is sent in the chat, or the customer signs on site.

Under Waiting, see unsigned forms and use Send the link again if needed.
- 3
Under Signed, open a consent to see Health answers and Permissions, and get a Printable copy.
Common mistakes
- The health-flags filter shows yes answers to health questions; always check them before the service.
