When you need it
On day one, and whenever legal text or a new service is added.
Step by step

Add a suitable form from the Form library or create a New form.

Write the Form text, Confirmations and Health questions (yes / no).

Under Age & validity, set the guardian age, minimum age and validity.

In Service words (automatic choice), write the service words so the right form is chosen automatically.
Common mistakes
- A signed form is locked; save changes with Save as a new version and tick Earlier signers must sign again if needed.
- Have the legal text reviewed by a local professional; ready forms are only a starting point.
