When you need it
When you type the same reply again and again: card number, address, shipping terms, a welcome.
Step by step

Click New saved message, give it a short name and write the text in your languages.

In a chat, pick the saved message from beside the typing box.

To change a text, edit it here; every place that uses it is updated.
Common mistakes
- Don't repeat prices in a saved message; keep prices in Content & pricing so they change in one place.
